Dhawal recalls Amrish’s death day. Flashbacks shows how Natasha was about to give flowers to his photo but Hetal stopped Natasha and dragged her out. Hetal blames Natasha for killing Amrish. Dhawal says Natasha’s pregnancy is complicated so she needs rest. Naveli shows hotel room to Pranali and tells that Golu has been given room with her. Pranali wishes her all the best and Naveli describes how she made a new friend addressing to Natasha. Naveli says flowers dropped on them and the latter made her friend. Pranali asks her to hug her friend whenever she misses Pranali.
Amba tells that on Amrish’s anniversary so many people have been fed but one who had arranged all this is sitting hungry himself. Pranali says he is one who likes to stay alone and eat only noodles. Dolly is going from there when Amba asks her to give food plate to Dhawal. But Dolly rudely denies saying Dhawal has gone mad after Natasha left and doesn’t respect anyone. She asks Amba to herself take the food for him. Amba thinks she Amrish and Natasha has left no one respects her anymore in the house.
Dhawal recalls Natasha’s pregnancy and giving her medicines. Natasha questions why he has stopped coming near to her since she got pregnant. He tells her not to take stress and he is focusing on studies and work as he has to look after his family. Amba comes to Dhawal’s room with food and asks till when will he punish himself by eating noodles. Dhawal rudely asks her to leave him alone. Natasha and Shantanu’s engagement function starts with everyone dancing together. Shantanu questions if any small children are invited to function as Natasha gets triggered hearing baby’s crying. His sister confirms that only elders are allowed.
Dhawal thinks that everytime he sees Naveli he recalls Natasha so he cannot even love his own daughter. He questions in mind why Natasha went leaving him. Shantanu tells his sister that he really loves Natasha a lot. Golu enters hotel room and his friends manipulate him to make Naveli leave so that they can have fun in thr room. Golu asks Naveli to share room with her classmate. She and Golu start chasing each other in the room and the latter says he will complain to Dhawal about her.
Naveli snatches the phone from Golu and runs outside the hotel room. Natasha and Shantanu seek blessings from elders. Naveli tries to hide but gets caught by Golu. Shantanu picks up the ring as Dekha Hazaron Dafa Apko plays in the background. He shows his hand to Natasha to make him wear the ring but suddenly a baby starts crying which triggers Natasha. Shantanu tries to calm her but she gets panic attack and starts screaming. The episode ends with Natasha in her traumatic phase.
Precap: Dhawal is showing saying how Natasha could leave her own daughter. At present, Natasha will rush into washroom where Naveli will be locked by Golu. Naveli will try to calm Natasha by hugging her. Shantanu and his family will reach there too. Natasha will ask them to stay away and remains with Naveli.
