Vasudha asks Hanumant to come up with an excuse to avoid Devansh’s request. However, Devansh overhears their conversation. He tells Vasudha that although he may not be exactly like his mother Chandrika, he is still her son, and she should respect his decisions. He then takes her with him.
Sarika asks a salesman to show her an expensive saree. Karishma joins her and pulls her aside, accusing Sarika of telling Chandrika that she included Vasudha’s name on the finalist list. Sarika denies it, saying they are on the same side. Karishma dismisses her denial and says that Sarika is only enjoying this free shopping because of her.
Sarika then tells Karishma that while she may dream of becoming the Chauhan family’s daughter-in-law, Sarika has held that position for many years. She warns Karishma not to get overconfident, as weddings can be called off even at the last moment. Karishma confidently replies that she always gets what she wants. Sarika, unfazed, says she knows how to crush dreams and taunts Karishma, telling her to focus on impressing Chandrika. In the meantime, Devansh instructs the salesgirl to show Vasudha some lehengas and goes inside.
Chandrika selects a special lehenga for Karishma and asks the salesgirl if there is another piece in the same design. The salesgirl informs her it is a designer outfit, so only one piece is available. Chandrika insists that her daughter-in-law should wear exclusive designs. Devansh arrives, and Chandrika asks him to choose outfits for Avinash and Prabhat. Sarika then calls Chandrika to the saree selection area. Before leaving, Chandrika tells the salesgirl to keep the lehenga she picked out safe.
Vasudha notices that the lehengas at the shop are very costly. She tells Devansh about the high prices, but he reassures her, saying it is a gift from the Chauhan family, so she shouldn’t worry about the cost. Vasudha admires the lehenga Chandrika had chosen for Karishma. Seeing this, Devansh asks the salesgirl to pack it up and buys it for Vasudha.
Chandrika returns to the lehenga section and finds out the lehenga she chose has been sold. She scolds the salesgirl, and Karishma joins in. Sarika comments sarcastically, telling Chandrika that the lehenga was simply not in Karishma’s fate.
Hanumant gifts a necklace to Vasudha and tells her that she has found a good match. Vasudha asks if he will forget about her after her marriage. Hanumant assures her that he will always miss her. He then sends her to get Chandrika’s blessings.
Savitri takes Vasudha to the family temple and tells Chandrika that Vasudha has come for her blessings. Without noticing Vasudha’s outfit, Chandrika blesses her, and Vasudha leaves.
Savitri compliments Vasudha, saying she looks beautiful. Vasudha, feeling emotional, asks who will take care of her family after she gets married. Savitri reassures her, promising to do her best. Just then, Hanumant informs them that Raj has arrived.
Precap: Hanumant agrees to Vasudha’s marriage and says yes to the boy’s father. The boy says to Vasudha that he works as a security guard in Dubai and is here on 15 days leave. He plan is to marry Vasudha and take her to Dubai with him. Karishma says to the man marrying Vasudha that once she leaves she should not come back again. The man says don’t worry she won’t be able to return. Now I’ll ruin her life forever and she won’t be able to escape.
