Devika forces Gitanjali Devi to serve food to the guests at Teerth and Kritika’s pre-wedding ceremony, despite Gitanjali’s disapproval of Kritika. Meanwhile, Chandrakant pretends to have lost his memory, and Devika mocks him. Akhil rebukes Devika for disrespecting her in-laws, but she slaps him in front of the guests, falsely accusing him of being drunk.
Gitanjali Devi regrets losing Suman, believing she was a good daughter-in-law, and still hopes she will return. Teerth, too, secretly waits for Suman. When Guru realizes this, he warns Teerth that Devika won’t allow Suman back. However, Suman unexpectedly arrives at the Mittal house, shocking everyone. Chandrakant embraces her emotionally and apologizes for his past mistakes, leaving Suman confused.
When Suman and Vikram claim to be guests, Devika insists she never invited them. At that moment, the Chief Minister arrives and reveals that Vikram is his son and Suman is part of their family. Devika, caught off guard, is forced to welcome them with proper respect. During the engagement, Teerth longs to speak with Suman, and they share nostalgic memories while formally congratulating each other. Gitanjali Devi pleads with Suman to stop the wedding and asks if Rishi is Teerth’s son, but Suman remains silent.
Reva grows emotional, asking Suman if she will return to the family, but Suman blames Teerth for shutting her out. Kritika becomes suspicious of her sister’s sudden warmth toward Suman and Teerth. Meanwhile, Devika fears Teerth might reject Kritika, and her fears come true when Teerth decides to call off the wedding.
