The episode starts with Suman introducing Vikram as her close friend to Teerth, who is desperate to know about her current marital status. Suman bluntly denies any connection with Teerth and asks him to leave her house and her life forever. Heartbroken and unable to process her words, Teerth struggles to accept that Suman has moved on and found someone else. He returns home, deeply hurt by the thought of her having a new life partner.
After Teerth leaves, Suman apologizes to Vikram for using him as a shield, clarifying that she has no emotional attachment to him. However, Vikram confesses that he has genuine feelings for her and wishes they could have a real relationship and a family together. Suman, though, remains emotionally disturbed, unable to forget Teerth despite his past cruelty. His memories continue to haunt her, even as she tries to erase him from her life.
Devika blackmails the Mittal family into arranging Teerth and Kritika’s wedding to protect Chandrakant’s secret. The Mittals are reluctant but feel forced to comply. Geetanjali Devi, in particular, is upset by the injustice of Teerth being pressured into a lifetime commitment with Kritika. Alone in his room, Teerth breaks down, crying over a photograph of Suman and questioning why she hurt him so deeply. He struggles to move on from their love, which now only brings him pain. When Akhil confronts him about his sudden decision to marry Kritika, Teerth tries to prove he’s over Suman by burning her picture, but Akhil secretly saves it, unconvinced by Teerth’s actions.
Vikram tries to comfort Suman as she breaks down, overwhelmed by memories of Teerth. Despite her tears, Suman denies having any feelings for him. Later, she learns that Teerth has agreed to marry Kritika, realizing that her plan to ruin his life is unfolding as she intended.
