The Episode starts with Devika pressuring Suman to sign a document that will force her to withdraw from the election. The paper falsely states that she planned to use election funds for her personal gain. Teerth tries to defend Suman, but Devika immediately threatens him, warning that if he speaks up, she will destroy Suman’s entire family. Devika accuses Teerth of coming up with the plan to plant money in Rishi’s bag, making it seem like Suman was involved in corruption. Suman gets manipulated by Devika’s words, begins to doubt Teerth. Suman is trapped in her conspiracy and thinks whether to sign the document that would end her political career. She looks at Rishi who is scared and helpless, just wants to go home safely.
She decides to sign, and is about to sign when a mysterious and influential man enters the police station and tears up the paper taking it from her hands. Devika and Teerth are left stunned as the man reveals he has already informed the police commissioner about the corrupt officers involved. He introduces himself as Vikram Chauhan, the son of the current chief minister. He boldly lies that he was the one who placed the money in Rishi’s bag and that Suman knew nothing about it. The commissioner arrests the corrupt officers on the spot. Vikram then takes Suman and Rishi with him, firmly holding Suman’s hand. Devika taunts Teerth, reminding him that this man is none other than Rishi’s father. They reach home. Vikram ensures Suman’s safe return. Hema and Malini are deeply grateful to him, especially since he also brought gifts for them. Suman and Rishi, exhausted, go to their room to rest. Hema and Malini trust Vikram completely, believing he will always protect them no matter what.
At the Mittal house, Devika excitedly announces Vikram’s arrival, making a big spectacle of the news. Her taunts hit Teerth hard and he is shattered. The image of Vikram keeps flashing in his mind, and he struggles to accept the fact that Suman has remarried and that Rishi is not his biological son. Rishi asks Suman why the police took them away, though she avoids answering, she praises his bravery. She sings a lullaby until he falls asleep, but she herself remains restless. The events of the day replay in her mind, and she is consumed by thoughts of how Rishi’s life was put in danger. She vows to make Devika Mittal pay for what she has done.
