The episode starts with Narad chanting Shiv Putra Kartikeya ki jai. Everyone chant along him. Kartikeya asks them to chant Kritika putra Kartikeya ki jai as Mahadev is his aradhya and not father. Narayan says if he had considered Mahadev as only his aradhya, he wouldn’t have lifted Mahadev’s trishul which one else does except Parvati with a right of being his wife; he accepts it by heart but not by brain. Kartikeya returns Mahadev’s trishul and apologizes him for crossing the limits.
Kritikas seek permission from Shiv to go from there. Kartikeya pleads to take him along as there is no one to protect them. Saptarishis walk in and say they will protect their wives. Rishi Angiras says he did a big sin by doubting Devi Surupa’s character and
