The Episode starts with Nikki bringing the Kapaal/Skull to Pishachini. Pishachini couldn’t believe that she has managed to bring the skull. Nikki says I have brought the skull for you. Pishachini says how did you manage? Nikki says the prets couldn’t stop her though they tried, and says she used them to come here. She plans to steal Nunja’s skull and then she will make Pishachini open the invisible wall and Masaan pret will come inside with his team. Pishachini talks to the skull of Gopal and calls it Gopu, and says you will died in greed, and the tantrik’s killed you. She says you will become my dear one, my Gopa came to his Amma. Nikki gets Nunja’s skull. Pishachini shouts. Nikki asks her to do as she says, else she will break her Nunja. Pishachini shouts. Nikki asks if you will do as I say or no. Pishachini refuses, and breaks Nunja’s skull with her eyes. Nikki is shocked. Pishachini laughs and says you want to make me dance on your tune, by stealing my skull, and says who will save you from me now.
Rachna is shocked to see Piyush becoming a devil. She moves back and collides with stand kept there and it falls down. Rachna runs out. Piyush/Malik looks at the stand. Pishachini tells Nikki that Nunja’s skull is not the one, with whom she can’t live and which can make her helpless. She says she will behead her and then will cage her soul and will make her shed blood tears. Nikki is in pain and apologizes to Piyush and her family in her heart, thinking she is going to die.
Malik/Piyush looks for her. Rachna runs and comes back to Palace. She collides with Aarohi. Aarohi asks what happened, from where you are coming? Piyush/Malik comes there. Rachna gets shocked. Piyush/Malik asks her to say. Rachna tells that she thought Nethra is behind her. Aarohi says why she will follow you. She asks her to go and rest, and she herself goes. Malik/Piyush calls Rachna and asks her not to worry, her Bhabhi will come after completing rasam, then he will make everything fine. Rachna thinks what did I see there, and thinks to tell Nikki after she returns.
Pishachini is about to kill Nikki and asks her to say who sent here. Nikki says Malik and Nethra have sent me to steal your favorite Skull. Pishachini asks why? Nikki says so that I can do Malik’s next shaitani rasam. Pishachini asks who is this Malik? Nikki says he is a dangerous Shaitaan Aakaal Shatru. Pishachini drops the skull from her hand and shouts Aakaal shatru, remembering him.
Malik/Piyush is making the body. Nethra says if you had said then I would have brought most handsome man’s skull. Malik tells that any skull can’t handle Malik’s brain. He says my last rites were done, so I will not get my skull, so only one skull can become my skull, Narmund Pishachini’s favorite skull, Aakaal Shatru’s enemy and very knowledgeable MayurAditya. Pishachini tells Nikki that Aakaal Shatru couldn’t defeat Mayuraditya, and then he sent peace message to him and called him, and then he killed him by cheat. Malik laughs and says Narmundi called it as cheat.

Pishachini tells Nikki that how dare she to come here to steal Mayur’s skull on Aakaal and you want to do his rasams. Nikki says Aakaal shatru has done wrong with you, and you have done wrong with many, by caging their souls. Pishachini confronts her for coming there in bridal clothes, to hurt her wounds. She tells Lothar that his soul will be freed, once Nikki’s head is cut and her soul will become the guard of her skulls. Lothar takes Nikki to cut her head. Pishachini talks to Mayur Aditya’s skull and says I will go to Bhurangarh, and will cut Aakaal’s shatru’s head and will take your revenge. Nikki wonders which is his skull? Nethra tells Malik that his body is ready, now skull is needed. Pishachini promises to bring Aakaal Shatru’s head there. Nikki thinks Mayuraditya’s kapaal kriya was done, so it shall be broken. She looks at the Mayuraditya’s skull.
Precap: Lothar says you can’t win over Pishachini and asks her to get ready to die. Pishachini comes there to behead Nikki. Nikki shouts.
