The Episode starts with Bebe asking the doctor to call an ambulance, but the doctor insists that an ambulance is only needed in an emergency. He wants to begin treatment immediately and asks everyone to step aside. Neighbors tells Gurpreet that they came for the Jagrata but never expected this situation to arise. She believes stopping the Jagrata midway is a bad omen and advises Gurpreet to call her if they need any help. Bebe says how she fell down from the terrace. Sukhwinder tells that why she went to terrace. Tai ji says she doesn’t know, how she reached there. Neeti says suddenly she got up and went, and then we heard her scream and found her fallen on the ground. Sanju arrives, and Tai ji informs him that the doctor has already started treatment. She tries to comfort him, but seeing him in distress, Parvati also steps in to console him. She reassures Sanju that nothing will happen to his mother and tells him not to worry. Sanju, overwhelmed with fear, says he can’t live without his mother and feels helpless watching her fight for her life. Parvati tries to calm him down, pointing out that since there is no visible bleeding, it’s a good sign. Neeti reminds everyone that Gurinder fell from the terrace, and there could be internal injuries. She insists that they take her to the hospital immediately before it is too late. Parvati warns Sanju not to make any rushed decisions, but he agrees with Neeti and decides to call an ambulance.
Ambika intervenes reminding them that the doctor has asked them to wait for the initial treatment. She warns that if they take Gurinder to the hospital now, they might get stuck in traffic, which could put her life at greater risk. They decide to wait for the doctor’s update. Soon after, the doctor informs Sanju that Gurinder is out of danger but still needs to be taken to the hospital for further tests and treatment. Just then, the police arrive. Dr. Mehra reveals that he was the one who called them for an investigation. Sanju is taken aback and says he just wants to go to the hospital with his mother. The police insists that he shall cooperate with the investigation.
Sanju asks why the police were even called. Dr. Mehra explains that after examining Gurinder, he is certain that she didn’t fall accidentally, someone pushed her. Sanju is shocked. The police say they need to confirm this and will also file an FIR to proceed with the treatment at the hospital. The inspector begins questioning the family, asking about their relationships with Gurinder. Sanju gets frustrated, tells him this is not the right time for an interrogation and urges him to wrap up the investigation quickly. Parvati advises him to cooperate. The inspector then asks Ambika what is her relation to the family is, and she introduces herself as Sanju’s mother-in-law. When he asks Gurpreet the same question, she gives the same response, leaving him confused.
Sanju explains that he was first married to one woman, then Parvati. Neeti clarifies that his first wife is dead and introduces herself as Parineet’s friend. Bebe claims that Neeti too was Sanju’s wife. The inspector is surprised and taunts Sanju for having been married three times, which makes Sanju furious. Bebe, Sukhwinder, and Neeti try to divert the investigation against Parvati, but Ambika shuts them down, lashing out at them. She asks Sanju to say, and asks Inspector to see Neeti, and says Gurinder hates her. She accuses Gurinder of plotting against Neeti and getting Sanju married Parvati, as she hates Neeti.
