The Episode starts with Rahul saying marriage certificate isn’t there for annulment process. Mauli asks him to get the certificate. Rati acts good and lies to them. They leave. He goes to Tanvi. He says Rati and my marriage is breaking. Tanvi asks him to do the rituals. He says no, I m sorry. She says your wish and goes. He sees a chunri there. He takes it for Mauli. He makes Mauli wear the chunri. They smile. He says you will become the house Bahu, I want you to wear this chunri during the rasams. They hold hands. Mauli says Saas gives this chunri to bahu, Tanvi will give it to me. He says I like your confidence. She says go and meet the lawyer, I have to go, patients are waiting. She goes. He smiles.
Jyoti takes the chunri and says don’t worry, Mauli will wear this chunri during the rasam. Janki makes preparations. She stumbles. Mauli holds her. Janki says you saved me. She sees Mauli. Janki says you shouldn’t get involved, Rati will place the kalash in this, you leave for Mumbai. Manoj says you know Mauli loves Rahul, you want her to feel bad and do the preparations for Rati, its wrong. Janki says I know why I m doing this. Mauli asks Manoj to not argue. Tanvi gets Rati there. Mauli cries. Janki makes Rati perform the rituals. Suprabha looks on and gets happy. Rati does the ritual. Mauli gets sad. Jyoti makes Rati fall. Rati loses the Kalash. Mauli catches it and places the kalash while she falls. Jyoti makes Mauli wear the chunri. Everyone looks on shocked.
Rahul gets happy. Janki and everyone angrily see Jyoti. Jyoti claps. Tanvi asks why did you touch the kalash. Mauli cries. She says my clarification won’t help, you will think what you want, it was Ram ji’s wish. Rati says I held it tight, I don’t know how it slipped. Tanvi scolds her. Janki says its done, don’t fight now, make Rati do the next puja. Tanvi says yes. Janki asks Mauli to go and wash her hands. Rahul smiles seeing Mauli.
Mauli sees Jyoti taking the jewellery. She says I will hide all this then Tanvi will scold Rati. Mauli refuses. She says I won’t do wrong and won’t let you do wrong. She gets an envelope. She checks the marriage certificate. She recalls Rati’s lie. Jyoti says trust me, Rati is cunning, she is a liar. Mauli says you are right. She calls Rahul and says marriage certificate is at home, guess who has it, come home quickly. He asks what, I m coming. Rati comes to her room. Mauli and Jyoti hide.
Rati looks for the marriage certificate. Mauli and Jyoti look on. She says I have to tell everything to Rahul, else Rati will do a drama and manipulate him. Mauli shows the certificate to Rahul. He says Rati cheated me, I can’t believe this. He gets a call. He goes. Mauli asks him to stop. Jyoti says let him go, Rati can’t do anything today. Mauli says I should be with Rahul. Rati says Rahul and Mauli shouldn’t get the certificate, I will handle it if anyone else gets it. Rahul comes and says I got the certificate. She is shocked.
