Manish Raisanghan Joins Katha Ankahee: A New Role as a Therapist Marks a Departure from the Usual

Renowned actor Manish Raisanghan, last seen in the TV show “Kyunki Tum Hi Ho,” is gearing up to join the cast of “Katha Ankahee.” The show is set for a significant leap in its storyline, and Manish is slated to portray the role of a therapist for Katha’s (Aditi Sharma) son in this intriguing narrative.

Expressing enthusiasm in a recent interview, Manish shared, “It’s an interesting role because I am playing a doctor for the first time in my career. My role is instrumental in bringing Katha and her son’s life out of a challenging situation. I will be playing the parallel lead. It is important to move away from the usual roles and do something different. And this one was very different from what I have done on TV.”

Having focused on web shows in recent years, Manish emphasized the importance of balancing his work between television and the digital platform. He highlighted the versatility that web shows offer, allowing actors to explore diverse characters in a shorter span. Despite the freedom to experiment on the web, Manish affirmed his continued fondness for television, emphasizing that the role itself is the paramount factor.

Manish Raisanghan has an impressive television portfolio, having been part of popular shows such as “Sasural Simar Ka,” “Ek Shringar Swabhiman,” and “Nima Denzongpa.” With his return to the small screen, audiences can anticipate a fresh and engaging portrayal in the role of a therapist, adding a new dimension to the evolving storyline of “Katha Ankahee.”
