Scene 1
Soumya says why did you lie Mangal that I’ve almond allergry? Adit says she is jealous of you. she only comes here to bother you and me. She’s jealous of you. Soemoen appreciated you looked nice so she couldn’t tolerate it. Mangal says there was pappaya in the cake and pineapple too. Soumya says is this poison? She says it can be in pregnancy. I couldn’t say that in front of everyoen. It’s harmful for the pregnancy. Adit says Soumya you’ve to be careful. She says I didn’t realize. He says you have to be careful. I’ve to stop your outside food. Only eat home food. He leaves. Soumya says this Mangal is ruining my life.
Bell rings. Kusum tries to get to the door. It’s a parcel. Kusum sees it’s Mangal’s tiffn. She cries and hugs it.Kusum eats it crying. SHe says Mangal still cares for me when I need her the most. Soumya comes to the kitchen of the office and says I’d eat the cake if I want. She eats the cake. Mangal sees her. she recalls what Lipika said. Mangal recalls her drinking as well. Mangal says if she’s not pregnant why is she doing this drama? Soumya comes out of the table. She says I was looking for my earring. Wht are you doing here? Magnal says keeping an eye you. That’s what you think. I came here to take my bottle. She says I hope you loved the cake. Don’t sit like that in pregnancy. You can sit on the table and eat. Don’t be shy. Mangal leaves. She says I’ve to find out the truth.
Scene 2
Lakshmi hugs Karthik and cries. The police van comes back. she says please go. He says no I won’t go anywhere. They both run.
Karthik and Lakshmi come to a shed. Omesh tells Gayatri Karthik ran from the police van to save Laksshmi. Gayatri says this girl ruins everyting. SHe has to get in trouble and it all gets on Karthik. It was his hearing today. Police would call him more wrong. Police comes outside. Jiya says I’d find them. They can’t live together. Karthik dresses Lakshmi’s wound. She says wht will happen now? He says if you are okay I am okay. he hugs her.
Soumya comes home. She sees Kusum’s budget diary. She sees that Kusum pays half of Mangal’s rent. Adit comes home. Soumya leaves the diary open so he sees. Soumya says see what is happening. Amma spends so much. He says this is papa’s pension money. Let her spend how she likes it. Don’t get in her bad books again. she says is she doing a favor by letting me stay here? He says no. Adit gets a call from his friends and says I will be there. Soumya says wow now you’re not tired. You’re flirting with this Jasprit. He says I smile to everyone. She says you didn’t even smile at me in days. You only stay mad at me. You only smiled and had fun with me when I was your gf. Sometimes I feel like you want to turn me into Mangal. But I am not Mangal. I wont tolerate all this. She leaves in anger. Adit says I was just talking to the client. Maybe it’s pregnancy hormones. Kusum says Mangal never spoke to you like this or doubted you even thhough you had an affair. Not all girls can be like her. Mangal coems outside. She asks amma are you okay? She says yes. Some people will also see diamind against coal soon? Kusum asks are kids okay? Mangal says I was worried about you. Waht hapepned to your foot? She says I am fine. You send me food three times, what can I ask for.
Scene 3
The police tries to break into the shed. They say Karthik come outside. Lakshmi says what would happen now? He says runingn from custody is a serious crime. They come insdie and arrest Karthik. Lakshmi runs after the van. She says please stop. Inspector says don’t increase problems for your husband. They drag him to the van. Lakshmi cries.
Scene 4
Soumya orders her dresses in the office. She shows heels to her friend. Isha says she is so shallow. The heels wont make her look any better as a person. Mangal wonders how would she wear heels if she’s pregnant? Soumya drops the box. Mangal picks her heels. She says you shouldn’t wear heels. Soumya says don’t give me lectures. Mangal says didn’t the doctor stop you? Soumya says mind your own business. Soumya says she’s jealous of my shopping Adit. He says how can you wear heels? You’re pregnant. She says my life isn’t over. Stop talking like Mangal. Do you want me to look like Mangal? She leaves in anger.
Scene 5
The media reports how Karthik ran from police custody to save Lakshmi. The lawyer Raghuveer sees the report. They ask peoople and most people speak against Karthik. Lakshmi comes home. Gayatri slaps her. She says you ruined Karthik’s case. Why do you always get him in trouble? My son will never come out of jail now. All becasue of you. Why did you get out of the house? She says I don’t know how he came there. My car was on fire. Nidhi says why did you run away? Lakshmi says I didn’t. Gayatri says you’re responsible for everything. You had to act smart. We are all being careful and you had to act oversmart. You trapped him. Omesh says she went out to look for proofs. Gayatri says tell her to stay away from my son. We don’t need her help. She has no mind herself. Don’t step outside of this house now. Sanjana says Karthik won’t even get a bail. Gayatri says this curse has ruined Karthiik’s life. Lakshmi sits and cries.
