Akshat tells Adit that Kusum turned on the fan, causing it to burn. Adit asks Akshat to go to his room, and Akshat agrees and leaves. Kusum, curious about the commotion, asks what is going on. Adit questions her about turning on the fan, reminding her that she had earlier stopped Akshat from doing so. Mangal attempts to take Kusum to her room, but Sowmya intervenes and escorts her instead. Adit asks Mangal if she interacted with Kusum. Mangal explains that Kusum called her and seemed fine during their conversation.
Sowmya accuses Mangal of disturbing Kusum, claiming that Mangal’s presence mentally affects her. Adit comforts Kusum but is interrupted by a sudden call about an office meeting. Although Adit asks for leave, his boss ends the call abruptly. Kusum assures Adit that he can attend the meeting, as Mangal will take care of her. Adit instructs Kusum to stay in her room and rest, and she agrees.
Observing Adit and Sowmya preparing for the office, Mangal decides to take Kusum to the hospital for a checkup. She makes an appointment with Dr. Moondara’s clinic. Sowmya overhears Mangal’s call and attempts to intercept it, but Mangal takes her phone away. Sowmya suggests staying back to care for Kusum, but Adit insists she accompany him, stating Sudesh will handle Kusum’s care. Mangal reassures Sowmya to let her handle things, and Adit and Sowmya leave for the meeting.
Mangal discusses Kusum’s condition with her and convinces her to visit the hospital. Sudesh also supports the idea. While at the hospital, Kusum shares her symptoms with the doctor, who recommends further tests. Mangal and Kusum agree. Meanwhile, Sowmya contacts Dr. Moondara’s clinic and learns about the appointment, sparking her concern that Mangal might uncover the truth. Pretending to be unwell, Sowmya leaves the meeting but finds the clinic empty, as Mangal anticipated her interference and took Kusum to another clinic. Mangal resolves to uncover the truth about Sowmya’s actions toward Kusum.
Lakshmi confronts Gayatri, who accuses her and Raghuveer of stealing her property and imprisoning her in a godown while blocking her bank cards. Lakshmi explains that the cards were blocked due to bank maintenance and mentions Raghuveer claiming Gayatri was staying in a five-star hotel. Jia, on a call with her mother, suspects Gayatri is alive and involved in Sanjana’s death. Her mother advises her to visit the morgue to confirm if Gayatri’s body is still there. Jia follows the advice and heads to the morgue.
Lakshmi learns of Jia’s intentions and alerts Gayatri, urging her to reach the morgue. Raghuveer and Lakshmi also head there but face a vehicle breakdown and proceed on foot. Gayatri, reaching the morgue first, knocks out the guard and sneaks in as Jia begins her search for Gayatri’s body.
