Mangal says I will get the food ready. She asks Kusum and papa to sit with the guests. She says i will get the food ready. Adit tells her the menu. he says you’re wearing these clothes? You wanna look like aservant in front of them? You get me insulted everywhere. You bother me so much. She says some other.. He takes out and throws her sarees and says these? They look like mops. You don’t have one good saree. They’re all cheap. He throws the lctothes in herr face and says they are all so bad. He says you were wearing this to that cheap award right? Dont change, keep wearing these. thank God I saw otherwise you’d get me insutled. Mangal says it’s heavy. I can’t work in it. He says wow you could wear it to award function, but now when it’s about me you can’t wear it. You do so much drama. Am I ama donkey? Stop it. Mangal cries. Focus on the food and not saree.
The guests ask kids about their school. Mangal ets the food ready. She cuts the salad too. Akshad blows on her face. He says everyone is sitting in AC and you’re cooking here in heat in this saree. She says I am used ot. You go sit in AC. He says no. Why papa does this every time? Why did he bring the guests? he ruined everything, he knew you’re gonna get the medal. Mangal says papa will get a big project. He works so hard for us. We have to do something for him too. She hugs Akshad.

Karthik and Lakshmi come to the function. The media takes their pictures together. He introduces Lakshmi as his wife.
Somiya comes in. She says sorry I disturbed you all. I need Adit’s sign on these papers urgently. Adit says no problem.
