Scene 1
Mangal sees Adit and Soumya getting married. She is shocked. She rushes out. Adit says, Mangal. He runs after her. Soumya says where are you going? Our pheras are incomplete. He says Mangl saw it. If she tells everyone it’d be a big mess. He says are you serious? She says what were you expecting? There had to be a mess. It’s good that she knows. She’d tell everyone which you couldn’t. He says I wanted mom to know well so she accepts us. She will kick us out. She says we will convince her after the wedding. She asks pandit ji to continue. Adit says I have to go. You don’t know my mom. She says you won’t go anywhere. I don’t care if your mom accepts us or not. He says I care. You don’t care about your parents but I do. You are selfish enough to leave everyone for your happiness but I am not that selfish. I can’t leave everyone. You know I love my family. If I had to lose them I’d have long ago. Kusum says yes he took pheras with you. Sudesh says why didn’t you tell me? She says I just saw them and they are fake. Sudesh says you are letting him go as a mother but I won’t forgive him. He has lost his mind. Mangal cries.
Sudesh calls Adit. He walks in.
Scene 3
The pandit says your room is left. There will be no wedding. Soumya says will I marry myself? Your solutions didn’t work. Adit left me alone here. And I am here standing like a bride. Pandit ji leaves. Soumya says I won’t leave Adit. she cries and says you can’t leave me alone here adit. I won’t let you go like this. You are mine.
