The Episode starts with Vani and Vaiju getting ready for the puja. Jaya enters the room while Ranvijay is preparing. Ranvijay feels awkward and asks Jaya to stay, as he plans to leave. Jaya comments that although the room belongs to them, they are still living separately. She observes that even today, Vaiju still occupies a special place in his heart. Vayu is looking at a photo of Vaiju and Vani when it falls near Jaya, but Ranvijay misses noticing it. Vani is excited to see Milind.
Milind picks Vani up and shares a sweet moment with her. Vaiju thinks about how Milind has changed since he lost his job as a police officer and how he no longer communicates properly, except when he is around Vani. Vaiju says she never thought about it but acknowledges that Milind has indeed changed a lot. Ranvijay and Vayu come ready for the puja, and Jaya joins them, suggesting they begin the ceremony. However, Vayu remembers something important, goes back to his room, and retrieves the storybook that Vani had gifted him. He says he will place all his books there so that Goddess Saraswati may help him.
Vayu mentions Vani to Jaya, and she becomes upset upon hearing her name. The puja begins, and so does the one for Vaiju and Vani. Milind watches them from afar. Vani expresses hope that her father will arrive soon. She brings a drawing of their happy family with both parents and refers to her father as a brave man. She wishes that next time they will all worship together as a family. During the puja, Ranvijay accidentally calls Jaya by Vaiju’s name. Jaya feels hurt but says nothing. Both sides finish the aarti, and Vani approaches Milind, asking him to join them in the Goddess’s worship, but Milind refuses to enter the temple.
Suman tells Vaiju that she hadn’t invited Milind to the prayer ceremony and requests that she give him another chance, as Milind has changed. Vani continues praying for her father’s return. Suman asks Vaiju what she would do if Vani’s father really comes back one day. She reminds Vaiju that she has kept Vani away from Ranvijay, but destiny may have other plans. Vaiju insists that Vani will understand that she, Vaiju, is enough for her. Vaiju firmly declares that she will not let Ranvijay’s shadow affect Vani’s life.
Vaiju prays to the Goddess, asking that Ranvijay never come back into Vani’s life. Vasundara, speaking with Ranvijay, asks about his prayer to Goddess Saraswati. He says his only wish is for Vayu’s eyesight to improve, and that he has no personal desires—everything he does is for Vayu. Vasundara shares that she has prayed for the person who left his life to be erased from his memories. Vaiju, in her mind, believes that Ranvijay took Vayu away from her and says that he would have been alive today if it wasn’t for him. Vaiju is shocked as she sees Vani standing behind her. Vani asks who is Rana ji. Vayu asks Ranvijay who Vaiju is.
