During the court hearing, Jagtap presents his points and accuses Ashika of causing Isha’s accident and urges the judge to punish her. Ashika’s lawyer Dharam intervenes, suggesting that Isha’s accident might have been influenced by her medication for panic attacks and requests cross-examination, which the judge allows and calls Isha into the dias. Savi gets emotional seeing this. Rajat stops Isha from being questioned, asserting her fitness on the day of the accident. Judge gives Rajat and his lawyer 10 minutes to sort out their stance in private. Dharam reveals Isha’s request to use her condition to avoid worsening Rajat and Savi’s rift. Rajat, feeling guilty, instructs Dharam to close the case without implicating his family. The judge adjourns the case for the next final hearing.
Outside the court, Rajat tells Dharam they need proof of Ashika’s innocence. Ashika seeing Aman confronts him for going against Rajat. Aman says he is helping Rajat instead and trying to save Rajat and Savi’s marriage, he doesn’t have to answer Ashika for anything. He tells Rajat that once he realises his mistake, he will repent. Savi watches them from a distance. Rajat offers to take her home and she refuses it saying he already left her.
Jigar stops his car and harasses Savi. Rajat intervenes and brutally trashes Jigar, injuring his own hand. Aman andothers stop him. He holds Savi’s hand and forcefully gets her into car saying she is still his wife. During the drive, Savi tends to his wound and drives them back. At home, she learns Rajat called the doctor for Isha, despite her sarcastic remarks about his actions.
Ashika has a nightmare about Kiyaan. Arsh sarcastically comments her to be cautious as early morning dreams turn true. The next day, Rajat obtains CCTV footage proving Ashika’s innocence and shares the news, relieving her.
Precap: Sai calls Savi and pleads her to save them. A teacher picks call and informs Savi that Kiyaan is driving a bus, risking all students’ lives. Ashika seeks Rajat’s help. Savi ovears Rajat and Ashika’s conversation and learns that Kiyaan caused Isha’s accident. She warns Ashika that she will not spare Ashika if something happens to her daughter Sai.
