Teju accidentally bumps into a guy, causing him to spill color all over Neel. Shocked, she looks at him and asks what he’s doing there. Suspicious, she questions whether he’s stalking her, pointing out that she ran into him in Amaravati and now again in Trimbak. Neel nervously replies that he’s simply there to look at Aparajita flowers. Teju scoffs, remarking that every time she sees him, he seems lost in his thoughts. Just then, Teju’s friends arrive and urge her to leave Neel alone, teasing him for being an introvert. They drag her away, but Neel watches her go, lost in thought. He recalls the belief that sanjeevini herb is usually found arround Aparajita flowers and believes he has found his sanjeevini in Teju. From this moment on, she will be his Aparajita.
At home, Bhushan complains to Leena about his hunger and asks her to bring him some food. Before she can respond, Neel steps in and firmly declares that no one will eat until they’ve completed their monthly blood tests. Bhushan, Alok, and Jeetu immediately protest, insisting they are perfectly healthy and don’t need any tests. Alok, in particular, pleads with Neel, admitting that he’s terrified of needles. Neel playfully teases him about it. At that moment, Neel’s father Vinod arrives home. Neel greets him, saying he came at the perfect time. Leena informs Vinod that all the men are due for their blood tests.
Vinod, however, flatly refuses, claiming he is in excellent health and doesn’t need a test. Neel reminds him about his diabetes and the importance of regular check-ups. Still, Vinod insists he already had a blood test at work. Seeing through the lie, Neel calls him out on it. Despite Neel’s persistence, Bhushan, Vinod, Alok, and Jeetu all continue to resist. Frustrated, Neel asks Leena to convince them. Leena tries her best, but Bhushan counters, questioning why only the men are being tested.
Neel calmly explains that the women’s blood tests are scheduled for next week. Even so, Leena remains skeptical, arguing that everyone seems fine. Neel, however, refuses to budge. Finally, Rituraj steps forward and takes the test first, setting an example. Seeing this, the others reluctantly follow suit. Neel even catches Alok and forces him to take the test despite his protests.
Vedant asks Mukta for food. She agrees but urges him to keep his voice down, as Mohit is feeling unwell. Teju, noticing Vedant’s demanding nature, makes a comment, but Mohit stops her, joking that she will have to take care of him once he’s gone. Teju scolds him for speaking like that, but Mohit responds matter-of-factly, saying that death is inevitable for everyone. Concerned, Teju checks his blood pressure and finds it abnormally high.
Mohit then pulls out an Ayurvedic medicine and asks Teju to mix it with two teaspoons of water. Suspicious, Teju asks who gave him the medicine. Mohit replies that it was someone who cares for him like a father. Teju immediately suspects his brother’s daughter and asks him to introduce her. Before Mohit can answer, Mukta steps in, reminding Teju that they had agreed not to discuss this topic. As Mohit looks around at his family, guilt washes over him. He realizes they have no idea about Lakshmi and Aditi, nor do they know the truth about Mukta and her children.
Rituraj calls Teju. Teju asks who is he. He says she forgot him so soon. She recalls challenging Rituraj that he would forget her like any other fan and won’t be calling her. She feels shy while Rituraj chats with her.
Precap: Rituraj expresses his liking for Teju. Teju waits for a transport at night and gets afraid seeing goons staring at her. Neel stops his car and after listening to her problem offers her lift.
