Indira tries to mediate between Panibai and Savitri, asking if they can find a way to compromise. She reminds Savitri that no matter what, she won’t be able to send Panibai out of the house and questions why she can’t let go of the past. Savitri retorts that if Indira believes Panibai is acting in the family’s best interest, she’s mistaken. She accuses Panibai of being the one who drove her daughters out of the house. Panibai counters, asking if Savitri truly believes her daughters were deserving of staying. She then reminds Savitri of how her daughters disappointed Vikram and makes a biting remark about it. Furious, Savitri vows to talk to all her family members and her daughters, insisting no one can stop her. Despite Panibai’s further comments, Savitri later comforts Aarthi, assuring her that nothing will happen to Anurag.
Durga arrives at the hospital and urgently asks Anubhav about Anurag’s condition. Anubhav explains that Anurag’s situation is critical and that they desperately need blood, but his rare blood type is causing delays. Durga immediately offers to donate her blood, revealing that her blood type is universal. Anubhav is shocked and questions her ability to donate, pointing out that she is weak and hasn’t eaten. Durga insists she’ll be fine and urges Anubhav to let her help. Anubhav hesitates, explaining that the security upstairs makes it difficult for him to leave Vikram. However, Durga persuades him, and he eventually agrees. He escorts her to the blood transfusion room.
Meanwhile, Vikram pleads with Dr. Kunal to save Anurag. The doctor informs him that the surgery was successful but warns that Anurag is still losing blood. He adds that the situation will stabilize once they get the required blood. Vikram assures the doctor that his brother is handling it and begs for more time. The doctor agrees and promises to do his best before leaving.
Anubhav brings Durga to the nurse and informs her that Durga will be donating blood. The nurse begins the transfusion process.
Elsewhere, Panibai approaches Vikram, who is consumed by worry. In his anger, Vikram declares that if anything happens to his son, he will kill Rajesh. Panibai, however, redirects the blame to Durga, claiming she is the real reason for Anurag’s condition. She urges Vikram to make Durga pay for her actions and even suggests that he make Durga disappear, just as he did with her mother. Vikram agrees.
After the transfusion, the nurse asks Durga for her name. Durga responds simply, “Durga.” The nurse thanks her, saying that Anurag’s life was saved because of her. Anubhav then informs Durga that he has to leave and goes away.
Anubhav returns to Vikram and tells him that the blood has been arranged. Relieved, Vikram asks who donated it. Anubhav avoids the question, saying it was a friend and promising to share more details later. Panibai, suspicious of Anubhav’s reluctance, decides to investigate and uncover the donor’s identity.
