Meera and Durga are traveling in an auto. Meera advises Durga to take care of herself, but Durga says she has no choice but to leave because her life is tied to Anurag. Concerned, Durga asks Meera why she accompanied her, warning that if Rajesh finds out, he won’t spare her. Meera replies that she plans to leave far away. Durga pleads with her not to do so and makes Meera promise to stay until she returns. Durga reassures Meera that once she reaches Delhi, she will meet Anurag. Meera asks if Durga has enough money. Durga admits she has a little but isn’t sure how she’ll manage and expresses her worries.
At home, Panibai scolds Aarthi, blaming her for Anurag being in the hospital and accusing her of prioritizing Durga over the family. Aarthi defends herself, reminding Panibai that she had cut ties with Durga long ago. She clarifies that it wasn’t Durga who called Anurag for help; he went to help her on his own and got hurt in the process. Indira complains about Anubhav neglecting his studies and spending all his time at the hospital. Aarthi counters, pointing out that it’s normal for Anubhav to be worried about his brother. Indira argues that Anubhav could have been injured instead of Anurag, adding that she feels ashamed of her son’s actions. Aarthi firmly reminds Indira that Anurag is not just her son but a son of the entire house.
Meanwhile, Durga and Meera arrive at the railway station and continue their conversation as they prepare to part ways.
Back at the house, Panibai criticizes Aarthi again. Savitri overhears and calls Panibai a servant. Panibai fires back, saying she didn’t come to the house as a servant. Savitri challenges her, asking what status she came with. Aarthi steps in, saying this isn’t the time for arguments but for praying to God. Panibai retorts that she came as the children’s mother because they see her as one. She accuses Savitri of failing to keep her husband happy, which is why he turned to her (Panibai). The argument escalates as Panibai makes harsh remarks, and Savitri accuses her of manipulating her husband and slowly taking control of the household.
At the railway station, Meera advises Durga to take care of herself. Durga agrees but shares her concern that although she and Anurag are married, society will never accept their relationship. Meera reassures her, saying that the bond in their hearts matters more than society’s judgment. She reminds Durga again to look after herself, and Durga promises to do so.
