Deepika says goodbye to everyone and starts to leave, but Lavanya stops her. Lavanya reminds Deepika about her promise to stop Chirag, but then she realizes that Deepika did the right thing and decides to move on. Deepika tells Lavanya that she is also hurt and would do anything for the people she loves. She asks Lavanya to give her some time until she comes up with something to stop Ragini.
Later, Deepika goes to get the DNA sample and hands over Ragini’s hair samples to the lab technician. Ragini doesn’t want to leave, so she tries to hide her luggage. She begs Lavanya and Omkar to help her hide because she doesn’t want to go. Chirag, on the other hand, tells Omkar that he’s flying to London the next morning and wants to leave as soon as possible. He warns everyone not to try stopping him. But despite that, Prithvi and Ashu make efforts to change his mind, though Chirag is determined to leave.
Ragini tells Lavanya that she only has one day left and requests her favorite dish. Chirag assures her that Dadi Maa will make it for her. Lavanya tells Chirag that he won, but Chirag asks her not to make him weak—he has to leave. Deepika, desperate for the truth, hopes that Ragini is really her daughter. At the hospital, Mishka arrives for a consultation and overhears that Deepika is waiting for the DNA report. Realizing what is happening, Mishka decides she won’t let Deepika get the report.
Meanwhile, Omkar tells Ashu that they’ve done everything they could to stop Chirag and Ragini. Janvi tells Ashu that Ragini is leaving with her father, and for them, their baby will bring happiness. Neelima assures Janvi that they will love their baby but also makes it clear that Ragini won’t take anyone’s place. Omkar, however, believes that a miracle might happen.
Just as Deepika gets the DNA report in her hands and starts to open it, Mishka disguised as a staff with mask on suddenly throws water on it and tears it apart. Deepika asks the ward boy for help, but the lab is closed for the day. The ward boy tells her to come back the next morning. Mishka, realizing that Chirag’s flight is early in the morning, is relieved that Deepika won’t be able to stop him in time.
As Chirag tries to cheer up Ragini, he tells her they’ll have lots of fun in London, but she remains upset about leaving her SM. Chirag, too, feels torn—he wants to be happy, but SM’s memories won’t let him.
When the time comes to leave, Neelima performs the tika ritual for Chirag and Ragini. Suddenly, Mishka announces that she’s also leaving for London, shocking everyone. She assures them she’ll take care of Ragini, but Ragini refuses to go with her. Chirag convinces Ragini, and when Mishka goes to seek blessings, Lavanya ignores her. Mishka urges Chirag to leave, but Omkar stops him and calls for Lavanya. He tells her to open the door and properly see off Ragini, saying Thakur Ji will make a miracle happen.
Omkar hugs Chirag, wishing him well. Chirag says his goodbyes and leaves with Mishka and Ragini—just as Deepika arrives. She rushes forward and takes Ragini back inside the house. Ragini starts crying, and Deepika hugs her tightly. Then, Deepika turns to Chirag and tells him he can leave, but Ragini is not going anywhere—because she is her mother.
Deepika declares that Ragini is her biological daughter and demands that Chirag let her go. Mishka’s plans fall apart as the shocking truth comes out. Furious, Chirag refuses to accept it and tries to misbehave with Deepika. But Deepika has proof—she hands over the DNA report to Chirag, along with the delivery report. Chirag is left in complete shock.
Precap: Chirag comes to Deepika’s house to pick up Ragini, but Deepika stops him. Chandni in sleep asks Chirag if she is not his daughter, doesn’t he love her.
