Omkar asks Lavanya about Chirag’s whereabouts. Lavanya explains that Chirag might not be hungry and is missing Ragini but notes that she is glad his heart is softening toward Deepika. Prithvi suggests that Ragini should stay with Deepika, and Janvi shares her opinion that Chirag remains cautious of Deepika because he still believes she might betray him. Lavanya tells Janvi she won’t comment on Deepika’s daughters and leaves the dining table.
Later, Ragini and Chandni sleep between Deepika, who reflects on Chirag filling her hairline with vermilion. Chirag arrives to check on Ragini and notices Chandni sleeping beside her. Deepika explains that Chandni’s mother is unwell, so she came to Jodhpur. Chirag confirms this, as Chandni herself mentioned it. Together, Chirag and Deepika put Ragini and Chandni to bed. Chirag tells Deepika to clean the vermilion from her face and kisses Chandni and Ragini. Deepika dreams of Chirag hugging her.
Lavanya tells Chandni and Ragini a story from the Ramayana and explains the concept of twins. Chandni imagines how much fun it would be if she and Ragini were twins. Lavanya calls them twins and asks Deepika to bring water.
Meanwhile, Mishka retrieves a DNA report from her cabin and sends Chirag to check on a patient. Chirag forgets his laptop and returns, catching Mishka with the report. Mishka claims it’s just her paperwork. After Chirag leaves, Mishka tears the report and schemes to use Chandni to expose Deepika.
Chandni and Ragini sit for lunch, and Lavanya praises Chandni as an all-rounder who handles everything on her own. Ragini claims she’s also an all-rounder. Chandni calls her mother to serve food, but when Chirag arrives, she remembers her promise and instead calls Deepika, whom she refers to as “SM.” Chandni invites Chirag to join them for lunch, and he agrees to eat from the same platter. Deepika serves food, feeding Ragini while Chirag feeds Chandni. Lavanya takes pictures and bids farewell to Ragini. Chirag offers to drop Chandni home, but she reveals her family is out of town and she will stay with Deepika.
Chandni and Ragini kiss Lavanya and Chirag goodbye. Chandni then tells Ragini to go inside as she needs to talk privately with Deepika. She tells Deepika she doesn’t want to participate in her grandmother’s games. Deepika reassures her and tells her to rest while she thinks of a solution.
Chirag comes to collect Ragini’s re-admission papers but finds Chandni fainted. Mishka had bribed a peon to give her medicated chocolates. Chirag rushes Chandni to the hospital, where the principal informs him about the incident. Chirag learns from the principal that Deepika is Chandni’s mother and that Ragini refers to her as SM/Savri mamma.
