Chirag agrees to drop Deepika and Chandni home on Lavanya’s insistence. Lavanya feels elated seeing Chirag’s whole family in a car and prays god that they reunite forever soon. Ek Dusre Se Karte Hain Pyar Hum.. song plays on FM and everyone enjoys it. She encourages Chandu and Ragini to always support each other and be best friends forever. Upon reaching her house with Chandu, Ragini becomes emotional and cries inconsolably for her SM/Savri mamma. Deepika comforts Ragini, urging her to stop crying and promises to stay in touch. Meanwhile, Lavanya believes that this incident might soften Chirag’s heart.
Next day, Deepika returns home after performing Basant Panchami festival pooja at a temple and hands over prasad to Chandu while explaining the significance of Basant Panchami festival. Chandu then suggests giving the prasad to Ragini. Deepika calls Lavanya who informs that Ragini is unwell. Chirag rushes Ragini towards a hospital, informing Lavanya that has fainted. Deepika overhears their conversation. Ragini is admitted to the hospital, where she repeatedly calls for her SM. The doctor advises Chirag to bring SM immediately to save her life. However, Mishka opposes calling Deepika, fearing she might take control. Neelima labels Mishka selfish, and Lavanya insists that Ragini needs her SM. Omkar warns Chirag to bring Deepika or he will do it himself. Mishka continues to resist, claiming it could harm Ragini.
Despite Mishka’s objections, Lavanya convinces Chirag to bring Deepika, warning him she won’t forgive him if anything happens to Ragini. Chirag pleads with Deepika to help Ragini recover, expressing his deep love for her. Deepika reassures Chirag that she also cares deeply for Ragini. She gently urges Ragini to open her eyes, and when Ragini does, she clutches Deepika’s hands tightly. Deepika scolds Ragini for scaring everyone and asks her to promise to take care of herself. Ragini refuses, insisting she needs Deepika in her life. She then tells Chirag she doesn’t want to go to London, and Chirag agrees to her request. Mishka, seeing her control slipping away, becomes increasingly frustrated.
Chandni encourages Ragini to recover quickly, and Deepika promises to visit her at school. Chirag suspects that Chandni is hiding something from him. Chandni later informs Baldev that Ragini won’t be going to London anymore and will stay. Deepika confides in Baldev, saying Ragini needs a mother and questions Lavanya’s odd behavior toward Mishka. She begins to doubt if there’s any real bond between Ragini and Mishka.
Chirag visits Deepika’s house and explains that he has come to take Deepika to his home because Ragini isn’t eating. Deepika recalls the humiliation Chirag had caused her in the past and refuses to go, suggesting instead that Ragini stay with her. Chirag insists that Ragini won’t recover in her current condition. Reluctantly, Deepika agrees and begins preparing food for Ragini. Ragini later informs Deepika that her father has allowed her to stay with her. Chirag bids Ragini goodbye and briefly meets Chandu. In a playful moment, Ragini and Chandu push Deepika into Chirag’s arms. The two girls tease Chirag and suggest he should marry Deepika so they can all have fun together.
Precap: Teacher brings unconscious Chandu to Chirag and says she found her in the corridor. Chirag asks the teacher to call Chandu’s mother and is shocked to learn that Deepika is Chandu’s mother and Ragini’s Savri mamma.
