The Episode starts with Mannat packing her things, and Dev enters, bringing her tea. Mannat attempts to mask her distress, but Dev informs her that he has a special gift for her along with the tea. Mannat remains silent, and Dev inquires about her well-being. She questions him about where she’s supposed to go, explaining that her life has fallen apart since their marriage, and she’s leaving the house. Mannat urges Dev not to search for her, while he reminds her that they are friends now. She insists that their marriage has become a burden on both of them, which is why she has decided to leave. Dev expresses his willingness to do anything for her, but Mannat asks him not to do so. She throws the tea, and Dev asks her what she’s hiding. Mannat brings up the blackmailer and the troubling dream she had.
Mannat tells Dev that his family doesn’t like her, but he reassures her that he’s always by her side. She points out that Alisha also lives there, which makes things uncomfortable. Dev denies any involvement with Alisha and tries to calm her down, but Mannat insists he has no relationship with her. She tells Dev that she has made up her mind to leave, though she had hoped things would improve, but the situation has now reached its limit. Dev stops her, urging her to share her problems, and takes her hand, but she picks up her luggage and leaves. Mannat’s phone falls in the room as she departs, and Dev tries to stop her, but she doesn’t listen.
As Mannat walks away, she reflects that Dev was always willing to do anything for her, but she feels she has no choice left and is causing him pain. Dev grows suspicious of her actions and decides to check her phone for answers when it rings. Upon viewing the video, Dev sees Mannat walking down the street before she suddenly collapses. Mannat believes that Dev, who once risked his life for her, is now hurt because of her. A car pulls up, and Mannat tries to get in, but Dev stops her. He demands the truth from her, instructing the driver to leave. Dev shows her the video, which he believes is the reason she’s leaving, and asks again for her to be honest. He apologizes for checking her phone.
Dev then tells Mannat that someone is blackmailing her and presses her to reveal who sent the video. Mannat insists that she’s not in the video and that it’s been doctored by someone using voice modulation to blackmail her. She warns Dev that this person intends to ruin her life. Dev reassures her that he trusts her completely, explaining that with modern technology and AI, it’s easy to create such videos. Mannat thanks him for understanding, but she fears no one else will. She tells him she has just two hours before the blackmailer will act. Dev asks her if she suspects who might be behind the video, but Mannat only remembers receiving a call from an unknown number and is left with only one hour. Dev tells her that he promised to protect her and urges her to trust him. Mannat hugs him, feeling safe, and Dev vows to face the blackmailer. He picks up her luggage, ready to take her home.
