The person is having tea while sitting on the floor in front of Kalasha Bua she asks if Naruthum would like to have some more tea but he praises her saying that she has made him have two cups of tea so Kalasha Bua should tell her if there is some order, Kalasha Bua replies that he should tell his work and the date today, he replies he has the contract of giving the supply to the things meant for the quota Kalasha Bua says he should not give it today as the people of upper class would not be bothered but the lower class would not be able to live, she orders him to not go to the shop today and he should let them stand in line around his shop.
The people of lower class are standing in line, Gaya says it is time but the shop has not been opened. Vishambar asks his mother why is she crossing the rules when she is the leader of the village and they are like a mother, so if he stops the ration of those people then they would die. Kalasha Bua replies this is what she wants, she goes to the window saying that she does not want them to live and did he not hear what she said yesterday that she will keep attacking as it is her plan, while what Bheema does would be her plan.
Dhania is walking with Bheema and asks her to tell where is she going, Bheema requests her mother to come when Dhania says she does not know where else she would have to go with Bheema they stop in front of an office when Bheema says this is her plan. Bheema is about to enter the office when she is stopped by the peon who walks from the corner of the office, he furiously comes to stand in front of Bheema and after looking at both Bheema and Dhania, asks how is she going inside like this when Bheema replies she has to meet the officer, the peon says he does not feel she is worthy to meet the officer, Bheema replies and she feels even he is not doing his work properly as she brought her problem but he is showing attitude, she said she wants to meet the officer but the peon orders her to leave. Dhania holding her hand requests the peon but Bheema says she is not suffering but a citizen of this country, Peon says her mother is holding her hands together while Bheema is showing such attitude, Bheema replies her mother is illiterate and does not know about her rights along with the fact that this office is made for them the peon orders Bheema to leave who agrees to walk away saying the peon should give it in writing that she would not be allowed to meet anyone. Baba Sahib is smiling telling Bheema they would not give it in writing, because no matter how much attitude these government officials show but they love their job a lot, Bheema once again asks for it in writing when the peon allows her to go inside and meet the office. Bheema turns to look at her mother who is smiling at her then Bheema steps into the office.
Gaya, Mehwa and everyone else are still waiting in line, Kalika reaches the shop with his men in the car and is furiously looking at them all, Gaya turns to Mehwa as they both are worried, Kalika says the shop owner is very ill and he would not come today so they all should come tomorrow, the aunt requests Kalika to not punish them for the crimes of Bheema as there is not even a single grain left in the house. Kalika replies he cannot do anything about it today while they should stay hungry he signals his men to leave and they drive away while the people of the lower class keep requesting him but he walks away without saying anything, the aunt angrily throws the sack on the floor along with the other people before going to sit on the stairs in a state of tension.
Bheema reaches the officer with Dhania who is still holding her hands, the employees in the office start staring at them when the officer asks why does she want to meet him, Bheema says she needs to know how many hand pumps did he promise to set in the village, Dhania says there is a problem of water in their village, Bheema says that someone threw a dead animal in the well of their class, the officer demands her to stay away otherwise the office would become impure if she stands here, Bheema says he should give the answer of her question after which she will leave, another employee stands up ordering her to go out blaming that everything is becoming impure here, Bheema suddenly starts touching everything when they order Ram lal to take her outside but she threatens that she would take it in writing so the peon asks the officer to handle the matte. Bheema says she has made everything impure then he should burn it, the officer threatens to bring a lot of people and get them beaten, the other employees order Ram lal to go and bring the other people so he leaves. Dhania asks Bheema to come but she refuses to leave until she gets the answer to her question.
Rama lal informs the people of upper class that a girl from lower class has made all of the office impure so the people walk towards the office. The officer demands Bheema must leave the office otherwise the people would beat them, Dhania gets scared requesting Bheema to come when Bheema says she does not know what problem do these people have when they were just throwing her away but when she is not leaving then they are being scared, Bheema asks her mother to not be worried as their fear is going to increase, the officer asks if she feels they would be scared of Bheema when they are so old. Baba Sahib tells Bheema they would get scared but she should remain adamant on her desires.
Kalika Singh is having food with Kalasha bua while Dharamshala is serving the food and Kalasha Bua is smiling, Kalika asks what happened when Kalasha Bua says that it is very content to eat the food of someone else as they tend to feel they are of upper class. Kalasha Bua asks what is Bheema doing when Kalika says that he neither met Dhania nor Bheema in the morning at the shop hearing which Kalasha Bua wonders what planning would they both be doing. Vishambar coming says that his mother is wrong as those who go against the law make such plans while the people with the law use the straight path, Kalasha Bua says it does not matter as she does not feel bad about anything he says, and she feels he knows where they both are, Vishambar replies he is aware as the place where Kalasha Bua should give the proof but has never done it Bheema has gone to that place to claim. Kalasha Bua furiously asks where has Bheema gone to, Vishambar reveals she has gone to block office from where everything comes for this village, so now they would check the things there. Kalasha Bua furiously says Bheema has gotten a lot of courage, Vishambar asks his mother to sit down but she instructs him to not touch her, Vishambar asks why does she have so furious behavior for Bheema or is she worried that if the evidence goes to the official office then she might lose her position.
Dhania asks Bheema why is she inviting trouble and should leave, Bheema thinks about when Baba Sahib advised her to prepare for the other attack, Bheema says if she leaves the fight then people would make it an example which she does not want to become, Dhania says a lot of people would come to beat them and how will she fight them, Bheema says she has the weapon to fight, hearing which the official gets worried.
