Lakshmi is standing by the pillar and to the extent that hour pass, Lakshmi goes to Shalu saying that even the doctors are not saying anything so she would herself go and see, Rishi stops her saying they cannot go inside as the treatment is going on when Neelam comes to Rishi informing he should himself go, Karishma says it is their duty to inform them about what has happened, Rishi tries to explain that they are still treating her, lakshmi mentions that she might need something but what should they do, Rishi replies the doctors would have informed them if they needed anything, Shalu finally is able to convince Lakshmi.
Balvinder asks how did Malishka get born into such wealthy family when she is the same as the criminal and keeps fighting, Malishka warns Balvinder to stop saying awful things while leave from here, Balvinder replies it is his house and she should leave and he opening the door pushes her out, she furiously asks how did he dare push her and she calls him a loser.
The doctor comes out so Rishi, Lakshmi and everyone immediately ask him wen he says that she is fine, they all are relieved but then the doctor informs they have to keep her here for few more hours and he requests they should not force him by saying Paru want to go back home, Lakshmi agrees to wait for Paru, Rishi asks his mom to not bee worried and Neelam replies she got relieved after finding out Paru is fine. Karishma says that indeed they had to face a lot in the past few days, Aayush assures that everything is fine and Paru would surely come back home with them, Rishi agrees saying they would not go anywhere leaving Paru, Neelam however says that they have to go somewhere, Rishi asks where when Neelam informs they forget it all that today is the hearing of the court.
Balvinder walks back to the house when Malishka replies he is the one who keeps saying he can do it all but she is the one who is clever and even texted him from the police station but why did he not run away. She questions if he was making tortilla but it is because he is a loser, Balvinder tries to argue he is not a loser, Malishka sits on the table saying this is what he would have done with his previous wives, Malishka says he is not worth saying anything to her so she walks out of the house, Malishka angrily exclaims that Balvinder was not able to do even a small task but he wants Lakshmi while she says he would even get her slippers, she leaves picking the keys
Neelam mentions today would be decided what is right and wrong, Lakshmi wonders how can they leave Paru alone, Aanchal says it is necessary but Rishi is also worried, Aanchal suggests she would stay with Paru in the hospital when there is no need to do anything but she wll still stay so Paru does not get scared, Lakshmi suggests if they can delay the hearing for a few more days but Karishma replies it is very late as they are going to be in the first hearing, Rishi leaves requesting Aanchal to take care of Paru. Lakshmi looking at Paru from the window requests her to not be worried and just get fine assuring they would go back to their own house and village, while she made a mistake to stay here so she promises to keep Paru away from all the troubles mentioning they would go back to the village. Lakshmi goes to Aanchal who is on the phone, she also signals her to take care of Paru and Aanchal agrees when lakshmi walks away, Shalu also follows her.
The judge asks the lawyer how long will ti take, he apologizes saying they got stuck in traffic just then Rishi enters apologizing for the delay then the judge says t is time for them to start the hearing, the lawyer of Lakshmi presents the file and the judge checks the file. The judge asks both Rishi and lakshmi how is everything going on and asks where is Paru, and why has she not arrived with her brother. Lakshmi starts crying but then Rishi hands her a napkin which she takes to wipe of her tears, the judge is a bit worried with it all she asks Lakshmi what is the matter when Lakshmi informs Paru is not well and is admitted in the hospital so the judge questions if she is serious. Rishi reveals that Paru got kidnapped when the judge asks who was behind it, Rishi replies they donot know because by the time they reached the kidnapper,s then they had fled, Lakshmi vows to not let the person get away when the judge asks how is their daughter, Rishi reveals Paru is fine when lakshmi informs they did not want to come here, Rishi agrees saying they could not delay the court, the judge says that they must trust the court and police force. Rishi replies he does not trust some people around them as they can go to any level. Lakshmi replies even if they have everything but they want to snatch what is dear to the other person and they want to snatch her Paru, Rishi replies it is all an act as they are pretending to love Paru a lot and they they care for her, Rishi says that when Paru was being treated then he went to fill the formalities and after returning was not able to see anyone, Lakshmi replies the ward boy had asked them to go to the waiting room, she says even he was not there when Rishi replies he went to give the blood. The judge asks them both to calm down explaining they just have to talk with her and so both Rishi and lakshmi apologize. Rishi advises her to wipe the tears from the napkin, lakshmi says he has given them and would return after some time as he is not going to stop hurting her, she throws the napkin. Rishi replies he also has a lot of things to say and he is not interested so she can say whatever she likes to him. Neelam getting up requests the judge to announce the decision of the case, the judge asks if Paru is her Grand daughter and says she knows everything from the past hearing. Neelam remembers when she was thrown out, the judge says it is relative to the life of the child and she must think carefully. Malishka asks what is to think about as the judge can see how much they are fighting in front of the judge, she apologizes for talking in between but says that she feels it is suitable they both should separate as it would be best for everyone. The judge asks if her name is Malishka, the judge tells Malishka it is the court and not her house where she can dictate anything, she warns if Malishka says anything then would be thrown out of her court as it is her power and she is going to make the decision. Malishka replies she knows the judge is not thinking right but the judge replies Malishka is mistaken and she feels that Malishka should not get the second chance to speak in between so she orders the constable to take Malishka out, Neelam tries to interfere when the judge says she should remember what happened the last time.
Malishka is yelling with the constable who asks if she wants to go to jail, Malishka does not understand when the constable informs another girl did the same thing yesterday so was thrown out. The constable enters the court, Malishka wonders why is the judge so strict and not understanding her feelings, she said the truth that they both were fighting in front of the judge.
The judge says they all are the family of Paru and she is going to ask the same question from them all, the judge first calls Neelam to the witness box and questions what does she think about the situations at the present time. The judge explains that the statement of Neelam is very important as she is her Grandmother and it is very important that they get to know what she feels, Neelam replies she is very glad the judge is asking and she is going to explain it, the judge replies the answer should be in just a single line. Neelam says she wants to ask a single question and asks if she has done anything wrong with the judge when the judge says she is not bothered by anyone and she is against those people who donot stand with the law. The judge asks for her answer saying if she s not interested then should go to sit in the position, Neelam replies she feels Paru should live with them as she loves her a lot and Paru is the heart of this house. Lakshmi replies even Paru is her life and she loves her a lot as she is the mother, while not only her but Shalu also loves Paru a lot who cannot stay away from her, lakshmi says she will take Paru away Rishi replies he would not allow anyone to take Paru away blaming this is why lakshmi got Paru kidnapped, they all are stunned.
Precap: The judge says Paru is bringing her mother and father together, Neelam says they are not coming together but the judge says it is the work of someone else and she is going to give them another chance. Anoushka informs Malishka that Lakshmi will stay with them, Malishka asks why, Anoushka explains that the judge feels Paru is bringing them close.
