Balvinder is running with both of his accomplices while the police are chasing them in their jeep the Inspector vows to not let them run away. Balvinder manages to see a motorcycle meanwhile the Inspector orders the men to get out of the jeep, the person who owns the bike comes and tries to get it back but is pushed away, he complains to the Inspector who says it is also the fault of the owner as why did he leave it unlocked but the person is worried when the Inspector also take him with them.
Rishi is standing outside the room, Lakshmi is crying and very emotional for the condition of Paru but Rishi assures nothing would happen to their daughter when Aayush says that Lakshmi is the mother and how would she be feeling, the nurse comes asking Rishi to fill the form, Shalu signals him to go and indeed fill it, Shalu requests her sister to calm down as nothing wrong would happen, Lakshmi replies she is not able to stay calm and fears something might happen. Lakshmi the sees through the opening as the doctors are operating on Paru, the ward boy comes with the stretcher asking them both to go and wait in the waiting but Lakshmi and Shalu both refuse at first but then they agree to go and wait.
Guddu and the other accomplice tell Balvinder that they donot want to be arrested as if they get caught today then would surely be punished severely Balvinder says that they both are very coward and he assures he is riding it as fast as he could, the bike suddenly stops when Balvinder says that he did not do anything but the bike stopped on its own and he feels the petrol might have ended, they run after wearing their masks. The person sees his bike and then sits on it mentioning that they ended all of the petrol, Inspector says he should praise Bhagwan as he got his bike back, he orders the person should leave. Balvinder is trying to run with Guddu and his other friend but they are still being followed in the jeep, the Inspector gets out ordering them to stop but then they manage to run towards the other direction, a car stops in front of them due to which they manage to escape, the Inspector orders them to bring the jeep.
Aayush tells Rishi that all the paperwork has been completed but he should not worry as everything would be fine, Rishi starts crying after looking at Paru when Aayush informs he is very strong, Rishi says that he is not strong for Paru but gets very scared for her and he is trying to calm Lakshmi assuring everything would be fine, but he himself has a very strange feeling, he is not able to do anything for Paru who is being treated in the operation theater, he says she calls him as her superman but he is not a good father as he can not do anything, Aayush replies that Rishi is the one who saved Paru and the reason she loves him is because he is capable of it, and has earned it himself. Aayush mentions Rishi is a very good father, Rishi replies he would not have allowed the kidnapper to hurt his daughter but the kidnapper threw Paru in front of his eyes, Rishi vows to kill the person explaining he will find the person even from hell. The nurse comes asking that they need blood for the patient as she has lost a lot of her blood, Rishi says he will give the blood since they are a match and so he goes with the nurse Aayush is waiting when he gets a call so thinks he forgot to inform in the house, Aayush walks away after not getting the network.
Malishka is driving the car when she asks Balvinder where is her, Balvinder says she is not with them then Guddu says that Rishi and Lakshmi came together while took Paru. Malishka gets furious asking what did they do when she got such a nice plan and thought she would separate Rishi and Lakshmi. Malishka and Balvinder both start blaming each other for all the wrong things that happened when Balvinder asks her to stop the car but she does not listen so then he pulls the handbrake. Balvinder asks Malishka to get out of the car and he himself sits in the driving seat then says Malishka must quickly come to sit in the passenger seat otherwise the police would catch up to them.
Karishma is furious at Aayush wondering why is he not answering the call, Aanchal also asks the reason so Karishma says that she cannot understand Aayush sometimes when he is her son, Anoushka says that he might be driving but Neelam says that she feels there is something else and they all wonder what might it be, Neelam says the children donot tell them anything. Karishma is finally able to reach Aayush whom she starts scolding and then he apologies, Neelam takes the phone so Aayush informs the Inspector first took them to the police station but then they went to the warehouses but at the end the kidnapper there Paru from the stairs and Neelam runs out of the house but then everyone else follow her.
Balvinder runs into the house with the two friends and he is glad they were able to save themselves from the police when they say that had Balvinder not driven the car they would have been arrested. Balvinder says that it is very difficult to arrest him, Malishka comes into the house asking Balvinder for the keys of the car but then they both start arguing when Malishka replies that she is the one who helped him but he says they are helping each other. Guddu and the other accomplice go out of the house after Balvinder gets furious, he says Malishka only cares about herself and no one else, Malishka mentions he was in the mental asylum and even ran from there while he is not worth anything in front of her, she turns back to leave but he pull her back so she yells at him when he says that she is the biggest loser so explains he fought for Lakshmi and even lost everything but Malishka lives with Rishi in his own house but just keeps calling his name, Malishka says she would have won it today but Balvinder lost the child and if she has good luck then they would still blame each other, Balvinder say Malishka does not have good luck and would never get Rishi, she warns him to never say this to her as Balvinder also does not have lakshmi in his life, they start yelling at each other and then Balvinder tries to push her but she starts hitting him with the metal rod when they are furious.
Lakshmi is looking at Paru, Shalu informs the doctor said they should not be here, she pulls Lakshmi back who is crying as she cannot bear the condition of Par so Shalu helps her sit on the bench. Lakshmi sees the blood so asks nurse but then the nurse informs that the father has donated it, Lakshmi goes to Rishi who says that she should not be worried as Paru would be fine. Neelam comes with the family and immediately starts asking Rishi about Paru, she says he reached the warehouse on time but how did he let it happen to her, Rishi tries to explain it when Lakshmi mentions she fell from the stairs, Neelam then asks Rishi about Paru, lakshmi informs she is inside and Neelam must not worry but then Neelam warns that if anything happens to Paru then she would be the worst for Lakshmi, even if she forgives herself but she is neither going to forgive Lakshmi nor bear it, Neelam then goes to Rishi asking if they can see Paru right now, Rishi hugs his mom but sees lakshmi crying a lot, he is tensed.
Precap: Neelam says they all would have to go, Rishi asks where to, Neelam replies the court. Malishka says that Balvinder wants Lakshmi but he should know that he would not even get her slipper. Neelam says she feels Paru should live with them as she is the heart of the house, Lakshmi replies even she loves Paru a lot and this is why would leave with her. Rishi stands up refusing to let anyone take her and says that this is why Lakshmi got her kidnapped, the judge is shocked.
