The episode starts with KB searching for Atal in the morning. Awadh says Atal already left home disrespecting KB. Prem says Atal has left a letter for KB. KB asks Prem to read it. KM says she knows what is written and says Atal wanted to say that for the first time, he won’t be performing guru poornima pooja with KB and is going to where he had promised. KB says he knows how to tame Atal and asks Awadh to make pooja arrangements.
Narayanrao fixes a turban on Atal’s head and welcomes him to RSS. Atal asks what will he get with his sacrifice. Narayanrao says once the country is freed, Atal will be given the most important position in politics. KM walks in with sweet curd and says she couldn’t attend his felicitation ceremony and hence came to feed him sweet curd as usual before his next journey. Atal asks her not to as she would be losing him to RSS. KM says a mother is offering her son to the motherland and happily feeds him sweet curd.
Narayanrao solutes a brave mother of a brave son. Atal asks him if he can call him mama/uncle. Narayanrao asks reason. Atal says Narayanrao called his mother as sister and he truly is following a duty of a mama and guiding him to a right path. Narayanrao permits him.
Shanti recalls Sada refusing to give testimony against Atal to British and thinks she herself will do something. KB hears that and asks what does she mean. She says she means they will have to find some other way to stop KM from favoring Atal. KM returns home. KB says he needs a favor from her and giving his promise to her asks her to convince Atal for marriage. KB stands helpless. Drama continues..
