The CBI informs Giridhar that he was the guarantor for Pallavi, who has failed to surrender at the police station after her parole period ended. They state that they are there to arrest him and won’t release him until Pallavi surrenders. Dadi protests, saying she won’t let them arrest her son, reminding them that they had arrested him once before without any evidence. The officer warns Dadi that interfering with their duty could lead to her arrest. Meanwhile, Madhu tries to contact Apollena, but the line is busy. Despite Dadi’s protests, the police arrest Giridhar and take him away.
Neil asks Madhu what happened and why Giridhar was arrested. Madhu explains the situation, and Neil immediately calls Apollena to inform her. He tells her he is heading to Delhi with their mother, leaving Dadi alone at home. Apollena assures Neil that she will stay with Dadi to support her.
Saraswati tells Mahadev that she informed Vedh she would arrive late at the shop because guests were coming. Rastogi and Irani arrive, and Saraswati warmly greets them. Rastogi notices a bangle on Irani’s hand and asks why Saraswati placed it there, knowing she wouldn’t do so without a reason. Saraswati shares her happy news that she wants to arrange a marriage between Irani and Shlok. Mahadev remarks that Shlok and Irani have been friends since childhood, but Saraswati insists that he doesn’t understand their bond or see the connection they share. Rastogi, however, points out that she wants her daughter to marry into a wealthy and reputable family to maintain their status. Irani confesses to her mother that she loves Shlok. Rastogi assures her daughter that she will discuss the matter with her husband before deciding.
After they leave, Mahadev reprimands Saraswati for embarrassing him in front of their guests. Saraswati retorts that he wasn’t concerned about his reputation when Giridhar humiliated him. Mahadev argues that Irani isn’t suitable for Shlok and that only Apollena can guide him properly. Meanwhile, Apollena consults a lawyer about Giridhar’s case. The lawyer emphasizes that it’s a high-profile case requiring connections with ministers to navigate the legal procedures effectively.
Shlok discusses his visa with Manish, who advises him to post against his country on social media to secure an overseas visa. Mahadev overhears and angrily intervenes, accusing Manish of trying to ruin Shlok’s future. Shlok dismisses Mahadev’s concerns, claiming they’re not plotting anything serious. Mahadev promises to protect Shlok’s future and pulls him away, while Saraswati tries to reassure him.
Back home, Apollena tells Dadi that they don’t know anyone with ministerial connections to help with Giridhar’s case. Dadi suggests seeking Mahadev’s assistance. Renuka, however, doubts Mahadev will help, given their refusal of Shlok’s alliance. Dadi remains confident and insists on asking for his help. Apollena agrees to visit him, with Dadi deciding to accompany her.
Neil confronts the lawyer for failing to secure a judge’s permission to meet Giridhar despite being paid. Giridhar tells Neil not to trouble the lawyer and urges him not to inform Apollena, as she should focus on her studies. Meanwhile, Shlok, consumed by anger, lashes out and insists on going to London. Saraswati tries to console him and talks about his potential marriage to Irani. Shlok, frustrated, asks what’s happening and declares that he doesn’t love Irani—he sees her only as a friend. He accuses his mother of misunderstanding his feelings, just as his father does. Shlok later confronts Rastogi for disrespecting his mother. In the midst of the argument, Apollena arrives.
