The episode begins with Armaan encountering Khushi. He admits that he was rude to her and sincerely apologizes for his behavior. Armaan acknowledges that he used to believe money was everything, but now he understands that a husband must offer more than just financial support. He tells Khushi that if she wants to leave him, he would understand. Khushi listens in silence but walks away without saying a word. Monisha tells Deepika that the Malhotra family will have no choice but to allow her to stay. She reminds Deepika of Dushyant’s heart attack and the fact that they can’t take her to the hospital, knowing that Harleen and others are aware of her fear of hospitals. Monisha confidently declares that she will stay and win everyone’s hearts. Deepika asks her how she plans to do that, to which Monisha reveals her strategy—to act like Purvi, create a crisis, and wait for RV to rescue her, believing this will make him fall in love with her.
Just then, they hear someone approaching, and Monisha pretends to faint. RV enters with a doctor, who examines Monisha. After the check-up, RV leaves with the doctor. Monisha eagerly asks Deepika if she noticed RV’s concern for her, convinced that he is in love with her. Purvi suddenly collapses and loses consciousness. RV immediately calls for a doctor, who informs the Malhotra family that Purvi is pregnant. The family expresses their congratulations to RV and Purvi, while Monisha watches in shock.
Later, Armaan asks Khushi if she has forgiven him. Khushi responds that it’s not easy for her. She reminds him that she left RV and married him because she believed RV wasn’t right for her. She explains that after marrying Armaan, she focused entirely on him and never thought of anyone else, yet he still feels insecure. Armaan disagrees with her, leading to an argument.
At that moment, Vaishali calls Khushi and asks her to come to the Malhotra mansion immediately. Khushi agrees. Deepika urges Monisha to leave, warning her that staying and watching Purvi and the others happy will be difficult. Monisha insists that she is trying to figure out how to stay because it won’t be easy to separate RV and Purvi now. Deepika points out that Monisha is scheming to break them apart just as they’re about to become parents. Monisha, irritated, retorts that it must be a big deal for Deepika since she hasn’t been able to get pregnant all these years. Deepika calmly clarifies that she and Vikrant aren’t planning to have a baby just yet, as Vikrant is focused on establishing his startup. Purvi questions Vaishali about why she hasn’t told Khushi the truth, as she might be worried. Dadaji reassures Purvi, explaining that they are planning to surprise Khushi.
