As Shlok drives, Apollena notices his eyelids drooping and he is falling asleep at the wheel. Without hesitation, she splashes water on his face, jolting him awake. Shlok thanks her, admitting that he has been preoccupied with worries about his mother’s health. He has no idea how she is doing. Apollena reassures him, telling him not to stress as they will get there as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, Saraswati is visibly uncomfortable, but Ira insists she remain lying down. Shlok notices and scolds Ira for forcing her to stay in bed. His concern deepens when he sees Saraswati covered in multiple blankets. When he questions Ira about it, she nervously claims that Saraswati is feeling cold. Apollena, however, points out that Saraswati is sweating and her body is naturally healing, but the excessive blankets are only raising her temperature; if she stays covered like this, she will fall ill again. Trusting Apollena’s knowledge, Shlok orders Ira to remove the blankets.
Panicked, Ira quickly changes the subject and discreetly hides an onion in her saree pleats. Rupa notices this but says nothing. A doctor arrives to examine Saraswati. He explains that her fever is likely a side effect of her wound and advises them to place a wet towel on her forehead to bring her temperature down.
Later, as Apollena and Shlok talk, Apollena steps away to fetch water. Ira attempts to leave as well, but Rupa stops her, confronting her about her actions. Holding up the onion, Rupa demands to know what Ira was trying to do with Saraswati. Ira brushes it off, saying Saraswati was with her too. Rupa warns her that interfering with Saraswati’s health could have serious consequences—what would she do if she actually made her sick? Ira, unfazed, smirks and declares that her plan was a success.
Just then, Shlok returns home. Ira turns to Rupa and smugly states that she knows why she met Sneha today—she knows her darkest secret. If Rupa dares to reveal anything, Ira threatens to expose the truth to the family, leaving her with no escape. Apollena arrives at that moment and demands to know what’s going on. Ira quickly makes an excuse and leaves. Rupa turns to Apollena with a warning—she needs to be careful around Ira. She will go to any lengths for her selfish gain, even coming between her and Shlok.
Meanwhile, Apollena spots Ira holding Shlok’s hand. Before she can react, Ira deliberately pushes Apollena, trying to make her fall. However, Apollena, thanks to her physical training, steadies herself and, in an unexpected twist, prevents Ira from falling instead. With a smirk, she tells Ira that she’s physically fit and strong, unlike Ira, who has a more delicate body. Then, without another word, she walks away.
Apollena spends the night caring for Saraswati, placing wet cloths on her forehead. Meanwhile, Rupa is lost in thought—how did Ira find out her secret? She recalls her meeting with Sneha, where she received devastating news: the test results were negative. She’s infertile and cannot become a mother. Sneha had asked why she never disclosed the truth to her family, especially since she knew about it before her wedding. Rupa admitted she never had the chance to tell them.
Unbeknownst to her at the time, Ira had secretly made a video call to Sneha and witnessed the entire conversation. Now, Ira reveals to Rupa exactly how she learned the truth and warns her that if she wants to keep her secret, she must obey her. Enraged, Rupa smashes her phone in frustration.
Later that night, Apollena continues looking after Saraswati. Shlok, noticing her exhaustion, urges her to rest. Apollena, however, brushes him off, saying she needs to pack her belongings as she is moving into the hostel. Disappointed, Shlok says nothing. The next morning, Saraswati wakes up, sensing something is wrong. She turns to Shlok, accusing him of lying to her. She demands that he swear on her and tell her the whole truth.
