The Episode starts with Sunita informing Vaiju that Vani fell asleep crying. She expresses concern about Vaiju needing to tell Vani the truth someday. Sunita wonders what would happen if Ranvijay appears in front of Vani, and she chooses him over Vaiju. Vaiju dismisses the possibility. Meanwhile, Ranvijay sits by Vayu as he sleeps. Vasundhara approaches, offering him food. She personally feeds him and mentions that Jaya was unaware of the Singapore trip. Ranvijay says he has already apologized to Jaya.
Ranvijay admits that while he sees Jaya’s care for his family, he cannot forget Vaiju. Vasundhara urges him to consider Jaya’s perspective. Elsewhere, Vani wakes up and tells Vaiju she doesn’t want to talk to her. Vaiju playfully does incorrect sit-ups, trying to make Vani smile, but Vani remains stern. Eventually, seeing Vaiju upset, Vani hugs her. When Vaiju asks who she loves the most, Vani chooses Vaiju and promises not to ask about her father again. Just then, someone seeks Vaiju’s help as Geeta, a village woman, is about to give birth, but the doctor is unavailable.
At the clinic, Ranvijay and Jaya wait for Vayu’s tests. Vayu listens to a story while waiting. Jaya nearly faints but is caught by Ranvijay. He offers her water, but she refuses. He acknowledges her efforts for his family and son. Jaya reminds him that it’s their son and family. Ranvijay admits he’s been through a lot, and Jaya says her life wasn’t easy either. He clarifies that he doesn’t want to give her false hope.
Ranvijay suggests Jaya take a break and proposes a vacation as friends. Vayu enthusiastically agrees, suggesting Vasundhara can look after him. Meanwhile, Vaiju reaches Geeta’s house but is blocked by Niranjan’s goons. She insists on helping and pushes her way inside. Geeta’s husband warns Vaiju to take responsibility if anything goes wrong with the baby. Vaiju agrees and proceeds to assist.
Niranjan’s men report the situation to him. Vaiju decides to use the water birth technique to help Geeta. Back at the clinic, Vayu enthusiastically talks about Vaiju to the doctor, who recognizes her influence on the child and encourages Ranvijay to let Vayu continue meeting his “fighter aunty.” As Vaiju helps Geeta, she recalls giving birth to Vani and continues to encourage Geeta until she successfully delivers her baby.
Ranvijay tells Vayu they will all visit his fighter aunty. Geeta’s husband apologizes to Vaiju for his behavior and names his daughter Vaijayanti in her honor.
