The Episode starts with Megha bringing a drunken Arjun to her room and laying him on the bed, with the title song playing in the background. She expresses how much she missed him and says everything will be fine if they’re together. Arjun shows her the mangalsutra and says that while he doesn’t believe in it, she does. He declares that they are the best husband and wife and makes her wear the mangalsutra. He assures her that he’s there for her and hugs her before falling asleep.
Navjot arrives at the Khurana house, demanding to know where Arjun is. Megha sees Navjot from upstairs. Navjot claims she knows Arjun is there. Megha firmly states that this is her house and Arjun, her husband, is in her room. She asks them not to make noise as Arjun is sleeping. Navjot accuses Megha of trapping Arjun again, but Megha confidently says that no one can take what rightfully belongs to them.
The next morning, Arjun wakes up and realizes he’s in the Khurana house. Megha greets him with breakfast and tells him he was off the previous night. Arjun acknowledges that he was drunk and ended up at her place. Megha tells him it’s good he came to his wife, expressing gratitude for the chance to support him.
Arjun apologizes for his behavior and admits he can’t live without her despite his efforts. He shares how KP’s death is suffocating him, feeling torn between Megha and KP’s memory. He fears bringing only pain to Megha and dreams of cutting his wrist. This turns out to be Megha’s nightmare. She looks at Arjun, still asleep, and promises that everything will eventually be fine. She vows to stay by his side, placing a gentle kiss on her hand. Navjot questions Shagun about Arjun’s stay at Megha’s house and scolds her for not controlling him. She insists that Megha must not re-enter the Talwar house.
Arjun wakes up and calls Megha, who informs him that he came on his own. Arjun says he lost his way and needs to leave. Megha pleads with him to listen, but he refuses, asserting his independence. He apologizes to the Khuranas for causing trouble. As Megha back hugs Arjun, declaring her dependence on him, he pushes her away. She falls, and Ranjeeta helps her up. Arjun notices her head injury, and Megha glances at both him and her womb, implying a deeper connection. Despite Megha’s plea, Arjun walks out of the house. Megha holds his car keys and refuses to return them. Arjun warns her that she’s only seen his love, not his anger. Megha boldly asserts that he belongs to her no matter what. As Arjun walks away, determined to keep Megha out of his life, Megha resolves not to let him go.
