Dadi reminds Girdhar that Apollena would be returning home for a post-wedding ritual, but he reacts as if she has committed a sin. Girdhar insists that she has indeed sinned by sacrificing her dreams for marriage. Madhu, trying to lighten the mood, notices Girdhar wearing a white outfit, which signifies something different. She dyes it yellow, stating that yellow is an auspicious color used for puja rituals and insists he send Apollena off in this outfit for her vidai.
Meanwhile, Shlok takes care of Apollena, giving her food and medicine. He offers to drop her off in Chitrakoot but notices she is limping. Without hesitation, he carries her in his arms, and she stares at him. Sensing her gaze, Shlok jokingly warns her not to fall in love with him. Apollena retorts that he’s blabbering. She reminds him that no one should find out they aren’t actually in love, and they must act the part. Shlok playfully adds that no one should suspect that a handsome guy like him ended up with her. As he buckles her seatbelt, she thanks him.
Back at Girdhar’s house, Lali arrives with a neighbor, questioning Madhu about the yellow clothes. Madhu explains that it is a blessing from Girdhar and herself. However, Lali can’t resist gossiping about Apollena. Dadi, annoyed, confronts her, accusing her of spreading rumors. Lali brushes it off, claiming she just came to congratulate them. She also remarks that Apollena should have arrived earlier, as per tradition.
Just then, Apollena arrives, and Madhu immediately notices something is wrong, asking what happened to her. Apollena knows the truth would shock her but keeps quiet as Shlok steps in with a cover story. He then turns to Lali, questioning why she’s staring at him since he’s already married. He charms her with his words, and someone in the crowd jokes that Apollena must have fallen for his sweet talk. Madhu, convinced by Shlok’s cheerful nature, tells Apollena that he will surely keep her happy. She then asks Apollena to change and meet her father.
Saraswati calls Shlok, demanding to know if his father forced him into this marriage. Shlok dismisses her concerns, saying she misunderstood the situation. Saraswati then questions why he and Apollena sleep separately. Before he can answer, Ira chimes in, asking for a real explanation. Shlok turns the tables, questioning why she is still at his house—did her mother kick her out? Annoyed, he tells Ira not to inform his mother. He sarcastically adds that sleeping on the floor prevents any unnecessary noises, which only angers Ira further before he abruptly ends the call. Rupa scolds Radha for stirring up unnecessary drama with Saraswati. Shlok, worried that the truth will come out, calls Mahadev and informs him that their mother is starting to suspect something. Mahadev warns him that she must not find out at any cost. Furious, Shlok leaves the house.
Apollena tries to talk to Girdhar, but he ignores her. Lali, ever the troublemaker, pries into Shlok’s whereabouts. Bittu informs her that Shlok left in anger. Lali seizes the opportunity to stir gossip, questioning why Apollena isn’t wearing any visible symbols of marriage. She even goes as far as to suggest that Apollena married because of pregnancy. Enraged, Madhu shuts her down.
Just then, Shlok returns, holding a small package. He announces that he went to buy organic vermilion for Apollena, as she dislikes artificial ones. Everyone is touched by his thoughtful gesture and praises him for being such a good husband. However, Girdhar remains heartbroken, unable to accept that his daughter is now a married woman.
