Mangal questions Sowmya about her presence in Kusum’s room and demands answers. When Sowmya accuses Mangal of blaming her out of jealousy, Mangal remains suspicious, convinced that Sowmya is deceitful. She finds a saree identical to hers, believing it to be proof of Sowmya’s schemes. However, when she tries to show it to Adit, it goes missing, as Sowmya burns it before Mangal can expose her.
Adit gets promoted to General Manager, delighting his family. Sowmya mocks Mangal, assuming she doesn’t understand the title, but Mangal proves her wrong. As Adit prepares for work, Sowmya sabotages Mangal’s evidence again and later cuts Adit’s car brakes. Mangal, unaware, follows the car and is shocked to realize Adit is inside the malfunctioning vehicle.
Elsewhere, Lakshmi refuses to give crucial evidence to Prema, who resorts to threats and later sets a fire, trapping Lakshmi and Raghuveer. Using salt, Lakshmi manages to extinguish the fire. At court, Jia offers Karthik freedom in exchange for leaving Lakshmi, but he refuses. Just as the judge is about to rule, Lakshmi and Raghuveer arrive, potentially changing the course of the case.
