Shivani informs the judge that Deepika had given birth to twins, and Lavanya had taken one of the children in lieu of uniting her son and daughter-in-law. Chirag’s lawyer Mr Thapar accuses Shivani and Siddhant, but Siddhant defends his wife and sister against Thapar and Chirag’s disrespect. DM, frustrated with both parties, gets angry. Meanwhile, Ragini and Chandni decide to visit DM’s office to present their plea. Thapar apologizes to DM but insists that Deepika is unworthy, claiming she betrayed his client five years ago. He argues that Ragini should stay with Chirag, as Deepika cannot provide them with a stable future. However, Chirag shuts him down, telling him to stop talking nonsense.
Lavanya is devastated by Chirag’s behavior and confides in Neelima, who encourages her to speak the truth to DM, believing it’s their only chance to bring Deepika back. Neelima reminds her that their family will always be incomplete without Deepika, and Lavanya prays for strength. Meanwhile, Ragini and Chandni outsmart Baldev, locking him in a room before heading to the magistrate’s office. At DM’s office, Deepika’s lawyer Mr Sharma demands justice for her.
Thapar questions Sharma about Lavanya’s absence, but she soon arrives and bravely confesses the truth. Admitting her own faults, she declares she deserves punishment too. Chirag tries to intimidate her again, but she refuses to back down, insisting Deepika should regain custody of her children. DM rules in Deepika’s favor, granting her custody of Ragini and Chandni. Thapar attempts to argue, but it’s clear he has lost the case. Overcome with gratitude, Deepika hugs Lavanya, assuring her that Ragini and Chandu will always be with her.
Chirag, unwilling to accept defeat, tries to overturn DM’s decision. When Ragini and Chandu arrive at the magistrate’s office, Chirag forcibly takes Ragini away, pushing Lavanya aside. Deepika pleads for help, prompting DM to warn Omkar and issue an order to arrest Chirag if he doesn’t return Ragini. Back home, Chirag locks Ragini in a room while everyone frantically knocks on the door. The police arrive, demanding he open it. Inside, Ragini refuses to leave his side, while Chandu tells Deepika she only wants to stay with both parents.
Eventually, the police break down the door and order Chirag to return Ragini. Though Ashu reassures them that Chirag won’t harm her, Chirag refuses to give up his daughter. The police attempt to take Ragini by force, but Deepika intervenes. Chirag accuses her again, but ultimately, the police return Ragini to Deepika. They move to arrest Chirag, but Deepika stops them and asks for his release. After the police leave, Chirag, furious, warns Deepika that he will do anything to get his daughter back. Deepika reminds him that he was the one who filed the case and lost it.
Precap: Chandu and Ragini visit DM’s office. Deepika and Chirag start accusing each other. DM asks children whom they want to stay with. They both at once say that they want to stay with both their parents.
