The Episode starts with Ishaan giving a bracelet to Divyani, and they are about to share a special moment together. However, Digvijay calls Ishaan, asking him to pick him up because Rani has left without informing anyone. Ishaan tells Divyani that they need to leave to pick up Digvijay, leaving her to wonder where Rani has gone.
Rani is upset and crying. Niranjan feels pity for her but doesn’t want to support her. Digvijay returns home, and his mother overhears his conversation with him. The family questions Digvijay, and he reassures them that he is fine, explaining that he went to help some people in Rajkot. Ishaan signals to Digvijay that everything is fine, but the family presses Ishaan to tell the truth. Ishaan finally reveals that Digvijay had gone to meet his girlfriend, surprising everyone.
Back at home, Rani picks up a broken picture of her mother and misses her deeply. She reflects on how her father won’t support her dream of becoming a doctor but is determined to pursue it regardless. Ishaan shows a picture of Divyani to his family, and Dadi asks if Divyani will fit into their family. Ishaan’s mother comments that Divyani is underage, but Ishaan defends her, saying she is just a little younger and has passed her board exams. Vijay tells everyone to go to sleep and that they will discuss it further the next day. Ishaan, frustrated, declares he will elope if anyone tries to stop him. Digvijay’s mother overhears and advises Ishaan’s mother to agree to the marriage, which she does. Ishaan dances with joy, and Digvijay’s mother decides to teach Rani a lesson.
Rani checks her father’s blood pressure, and Divyani calls her to inform her that Ishaan’s family is coming to see her. Rani tells her father about Divyani and that the groom’s family is coming to see her. Niranjan permits her to go and asks her to return on time, while Priya is tasked with making Rani’s favorite dishes.
Ishaan tells his family to get ready, and Digvijay heads to work. Ishaan calls Digvijay, asking him to hurry since Rani will also be there. Rani, wanting to apologize, talks to Priya about the marriage, and Priya asks what is going on in her mind. Rani assures Priya that she will become a doctor no matter what, and no one can stop her. Rani tells Priya to inform her if there are any emergencies.
Ishaan arrives at Divyani’s house, and her family warmly welcomes him. He calls Digvijay to hurry, but Digvijay tells him that his bike ran out of petrol because of him. Ishaan asks Digvijay to send his location while he arranges something. Divyani then calls Rani, asking her to pick up Digvijay, who is having a fight with a truck driver. Rani arrives in time to save Digvijay and teaches the truck driver a lesson.
Precap: Digvijay tells Rani that she should stop dreaming, as she can’t become a doctor if she gets married. Ishaan’s family arrives to meet Divyani, but Rani interrupts their visit.
