Girdhar burns Apollena’s belongings, declaring it the final ritual for his daughter, as he feels she has betrayed his dreams. Madhu tries to stop him, but he insists she should not extinguish the fire, stating that Apollena has ruined his hopes. He refuses to acknowledge her as his daughter and walks away, followed by Neil. Meanwhile, Dadi puts out the fire, leading Madhu to question why she didn’t stop Apollena’s wedding or inform her. Dadi defends her actions, believing she made the right decision for Apollena.
Madhu argues that as Apollena’s mother, she had the right to decide her daughter’s future. She reminds Dadi of Girdhar’s sacrifices and her own struggles to provide for Apollena’s education, accusing Dadi of disregarding their efforts. Dadi, in turn, reminds Madhu that she is still living in her house. Madhu, feeling displaced, questions where her real home is, lamenting that women have no true place of their own. She then asserts that she will no longer allow Dadi to dictate decisions in her children’s lives.
Meanwhile, Apollena scolds Shlok for his messy room, but their argument is interrupted when he requests ice for his burning hand. She finds only two cubes left, and when he drops one, she stops him from picking it up to prevent infection. Instead, she places the ice in her palm and tells him to rest his hand on hers. The two share a moment as she tends to his wound, and he later helps bandage hers. Mahadev observes this and feels reassured.
Later, Saraswati, troubled and unable to sleep, confides in Mahadev, who takes her to the temple. Meanwhile, Apollena tells Shlok she cannot stay with him permanently and will divorce him once she finds Pallavi and proves her father’s innocence. Shlok agrees, and they decide to alternate sleeping on the bed and the floor.
Mahadev promises Saraswati that nothing in the house will change and that she can continue making decisions without his interference. The next morning, Apollena completes her training but skips the aarti. When Shlok asks if she attended, she denies it, joking that they can get scolded together. At the same time, Saraswati, worried about Shlok, complains to Mahadev that Apollena hasn’t woken up yet. He reassures her that Apollena is probably just tired and will eventually learn everything from her.
