Durga confides in Anurag, telling him she feels like someone is following them. Anurag reassures her, saying they are not doing anything wrong since he is simply taking her to college. He helps Durga get into his car while Devika and Charu observe the scene from a distance.
On the way, Anurag asks Durga to promise that she will always stay with him. Durga hesitates, saying she doesn’t want him to face any trouble because of her. Anurag responds emotionally, saying that if she ever leaves him, he won’t be able to live. He holds her hand, but Durga pulls back, reminding him that society considers her a widow. Anurag firmly counters, saying that in his eyes, she has always been married to him, so she cannot be a widow. He adds that holding her hand means holding the hand of his wife. Durga, moved by his words, later reflects on their moments together and holds his hand again.
Meanwhile, Tara confronts Vikram, insisting that she wants to see her daughter. Vikram coldly instructs his henchmen to sedate Tara with daily injections, claiming the doctor has already approved it. Tara protests, saying she is afraid of the injections. She then demands to know about Durga, but Vikram hits her with a whip in anger. His henchmen later take the helpless Tara away.
At college, Anurag drops Durga off and tells her that he will take the sample to the forensic lab for testing. Durga urges him not to dig too deeply into the matter, worried that if her suspicions are correct, she won’t know how to handle the truth. Anurag admits that he feels increasingly distant from his father. Durga, concerned, says she doesn’t want to be the reason for straining his relationship with his father. Anurag reassures her, saying she is not to blame and adds a remark to lighten the mood. Durga then asks Anurag not to pick her up after college, explaining that she doesn’t want to go home with him.
Anurag questions if she intends to keep their love hidden from everyone. When Durga remains silent, he comments that they’ll have to keep meeting like this in secret. He then leaves.
At college, Durga runs into a group of seniors who try to haze her. They demand that she perform for them, but Durga firmly refuses. The seniors threaten that if she doesn’t follow their orders, she won’t be able to stay at the college. Another student advises Durga to comply to avoid trouble.
The seniors then begin to mock Durga by asking about her first-year subjects. When Durga mentions subjects like anatomy, they laugh and write the word “Anatomy” on her body, trying to humiliate her. However, Durga stands up for herself and responds with a sharp, bold comment.
Later, Durga returns home, and Panibai confronts her. She demands to know how Durga got home and reveals that Devika and Charu saw her getting into Anurag’s car. Panibai’s tone is accusatory as she pressures Durga for an explanation.
