Scene 1
Mangal gets ready. Ishana says you look so pretty. She says papa why aren’t you ready? You got yourself a sherwani. Mangal says it’s in the closet. Let me get it. She gives him the sherwani. Adit is shocked. Mangal says get ready. He says did you take it out? She says Ishana brought it. Did you get it for today? He says yes. Ishana says get ready. I’d take a lot of photos of both of you. Adit says good for me. Mangal says you don’t like sherwani. You never wore it after the wedding. He says I liked it so bought it. Kusum asks Mangal to come downstairs. He says Soumya must be ready.
Pandit Ji calls Soumya. She says everything is ready. He says to get sindur before 8. Mangal starts the pooja. Adit tries to sneak out. Mangal asks where are you going? He said I was going to get sweets. Mangal says Ishana ordered them. Adit says that is great.

I can’t lose it. Kusum says Adit is with you. That’s all that matters. You’re fasting. Dont worry. Adit says relax. Gayati calls Kusum. Adit texts Soumya he is coming. He pretends that his boss met an accident. He says I have to go see him. I will try to come before the pooja. Break your fast yourself. Kusum comes back. She asks where is Adit. Mangal looks for her sindur. The papers fall from the thaal. Mangal picks them. Karthik walks towards the water. Lakhsmi stands up and says Karthik ji stop. He hugs her and says you’re standing. I did this to make you stand. I wanted to alert you and make you stand and see you did. He hugs her happily.
Mangal says it’s the same papers that were there in the hall. Karthik calls Mangal adn tells him Lakshmi stood on her feet. Mangal is shocked. She says this is a miracle.
