Surya tells Imlie that he had promised to help complete her studies and he always fulfills his promise. Imlie signs her exam application form. Indira watches that from window and fumes. Surya says your welcome hoping Imlie will thank her. Imlie says he misused his position and forcefully brought school staff here and is expecting her to thank him. She says his aunt made her work in kitchen whole day without letting her to visit school and file her exam form and didn’t even help her reach school, then there is no question of praising him.
Imlie returns home and enjoys halwa. Surya asks what is she doing. Imlie says she is celebrating her form submission, she was very tensed whole day. Indira walks to them and tells Imlie that she should be happy that Surya fulfilled her demand, she can continue her studies but shouldn’t make it her first priority as her first priority should be Surya, etc. Imlie fumes and tries to speak to Surya. Surya gets Anjali’s call and walks away from Imlie. Anjali insists him to meet her right now. Surya refuses. She reminds how much he was fond of her and says she will reach his house right now. He asks her to sleep now as she must be tired, he will meet her in the morning. Anjali feels frustrated.
Imlie returns to him and asks why did he lie to Indira and didn’t tell her that education is not just her necessity but it’s her dream. Surya asks why she is always frustrated and in a fighting mode. Imlie says speaking truth is important and says he has seen his aunt opposing women education since his childhood and hence is supporting his aunt. Surya asks her not to bother as she will leave this house in a year. Imlie says she can’t tolerate all this and will not sacrifice her life for his family drama. Surya asks where is her sacrifice; he can see her books, her clothes, her stuff but not her sacrifice. He says the people whom she was considering as family didn’t even want to see her face; he filled her exam form and is letting her study; his dream is shattered instead. She asks what does he mean. He picks a pillow and walks out of room.
Dil Hai Yaar Ghum Ki Rajdhani.. song plays in the background. Anjali recalls her quality moments with Surya and cries. Surya feels sad looking at Anjali’s photo. Imlie also feels sad. Malti walks to Surya and asks why is he punishing himself. Surya says she always used to roam around him when she was a child and share things with him, but today she called Anjali without informing him and created more trouble in his life. Malti says Amma called Anjali here; he is worried about Imlie and is sacrificing his happiness for Imlie. Surya says she is talking nonsense. Malti says she is not, she can’t understand why he married Imlie; he should correct his mistake by calling Anjali here, accept their relationship, and end his relationship with Imlie. She calls Anjali and asks him to speak. Surya tells her that he wants to tell her face to face, they both were a perfect couple, but he spoilt it; they promised to walk together, but he changed his path; he is really sorry to inform that they should break up. Anjali is shocked to hear that.. Surya apologizes her, asks her to return to her house tomorrow and forget him.
Precap: Surekha slaps Mukul and says she feels ashamed of calling him as her elder brother, she can’t believe that they are children of a same mother. Savi tries to leave. Ishaan asks where is she going. Savi says she is respecting Yashwant’s orders and leaving the house as she doesn’t want to be trouble this family. Surekha stops her and she isn’t a reason for their trouble.
